Great ,company ,great perks,boss and workers are all amazing and they work hard to get the job done right ,for sure ur go to for quality plumbing

I would give them a zero star rating but google doesn’t offer that. I have a newer home that was plumbed by this company and have had definitely some major issues. When we moved into our new home the hot and cold water lines were installed backwards on the master bath sink, and one of my upstairs bathrooms had the wrong size toilet so the toilet tank lid was nowhere close to fitting properly and it made the bathroom smell, no big deal they came and fixed those problems. Months later my wife noticed the carpet was wet in the bonus room adjacent to the bathroom they swapped toilets out. After some investigation it was discovered that the pex connection inside the wall was leaking for God knows how long. Last week Water starts pouring from the ceiling in our living room below our other upstairs bathroom, called our builder, we are out of warranty call Evans plumbing, I did and they told me too bad we aren’t coming out to do anything. So I paid a different company to come out and they discovered it was leaking from a hairline crack in a copper stub out , in the wall. Great job Evans plumbing! Never use this company!

Can't be a trustworthy or reliable business to work with. They couldn't even call me back regarding one of their trucks letting a huge pipe fitting fly off the back of their truck and smash my headlight on 540. Completely mutilated it...lucky it didn't come through my windshield and kill me.

Right thing to do would have been to follow up and take responsibility. Got your damn fitting if you want it back.

No integrity at this company.

This morning while going to work . A company truck was behind me. I was turning on Martin Luther King in Durham and the truck almost hit me from behind the man was yelling and cursing for me to go but my light was not green. I couldn't imagine having someone like that work at my house wouldn't trust him. He went around me truck number was 6 something. Might need get your employees anger management they are giving you guys a bad reputation. God bless

Called to get an estimate to have the outside spigot changed to a new one, and was told the house is too old they won’t work on it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Bobby Evans has been great to work with. We were referred to them by a friend, and I am so glad we were. They are extremely responsive and professional. The work that has been done is top notch. Highly recommend.

Prompt, courteous, professional. Excellent service and value. I won't use any other plumbing company. Have used for simple jobs and big jobs like replacing our well water pump. They always exceed expectations.
