I work from home, and barely heard them doing their work, during the 7-8 hours they were here. They arrived on time. Laid down tarps, from the front door, to the attic crawl space, and wore booties while in the house. They cleaned up their mess, inside and out.
They did a rezoning of my entire system, and installed a 2nd thermostat in my upstairs office. I called the next day, as the system didn't seem quite right. A technician arrived within an hour of my call, made a few adjustments, and all is good. He even locked my door, as he left, as I was working upstairs.

Scott was fantastic - knowledgeable, fair, efficient and very personable. He quickly fixed my clogged drains and installed new bibs on the outdoor spigots. He was also quick to decline repairs that were unnecessary in his opinion or not worth the expense. Scott took time to explain the details of the repair and how the plumbing systems worked in general, and was patient and thorough in answering my questions. Best of all, I enjoyed talking to Scott. I think I've found my go-to plumber in Scott and William Parrish Plumbing, Inc..

I dont usually write reviews but I was very happy with the quick response from this team and the quality of their work! I had a leak in my outside spigot and they came and evaluated the problem quickly, gave us a reasonable quote and corrected the problem! I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Drew was hired to repair 3 toilets in our home and also replace some plastic nuts with copper ones. He is upfront with his pricing no hidden fees .Drew took all Covid precautions when coming into our home. He was very neat and clean when working My home was spotless when he left. He also gave us alot of helpful information. Do not hesitate to use him if you need a plumber. He is the only one we will EVER use again

I’ve used them for a few years and they provide good service at a fair price. They call and text you before arriving, so you know which worker is providing the service. All of the different servicemen have been respectful and kind. The best we’ve had so far though is Eric Johnson.

I live in a new construction neighborhood and Cecil Davis is our point of contact in case of issues. I have called dozens of times to get updates on when someone might come out and fix a water leak and am told by the receptionist I'll let the boss know. I have contacted them multiple times for an issue at my meter and water running down the street. This most recent time it was found that it was on the Town of Apex side of the meter, but they still have not informed me of this! I found out from my builder two days after it was looked at and hundreds of gallons of water have run down the street at my expense. Do not use this Plumber if you like to know what is happening! This is your warning.

David installed a new kitchen sink, faucet, and reconnected my garbage disposal and did very high quality work! Very responsive, honest, explained every detail (I had a lot of questions- and it was not an easy job). He is my first call with anything plumbing related! Thank you David!!
