Our AC went out on a Saturday night in August, and we have a baby so it was critical to get fixed ASAP. Technician Rodney Pope came to the rescue way after hours and was able to get our AC running again. He was informative and explained all the details. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I had one of those jobs where there were a lot of glitches. I bought the wrong sized toilet, then when the re-ordered toilet came it was broken. Drew was very kind and patient and helped me out so much. He went above and beyond to make sure everything got done correctly and by the book. He was also good at explaining what he was going to do and why. He was also cool about laying off the up-selling and just letting me get done what I had originally asked for. He is very responsive, punctual, thorough, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Drew/PLMR.

Amazing service from Frank at the company from beginning to end!!!! I had no hot water on a very cold day and I was given the best possible service by Frank and he worked from 11 AM to 6PM to make sure I had the proper fix to my hot water heater and assured me that Michael and Sons would be by my side for life! Contacted Axis through a recommendation from a friend to do remediation prior to selling our house. The gentleman who showed up was prompt and courteous. He went re-reviewed the list of repairs that were needed with me and patiently detailed what he planned to do to address each item. He finished the list (8 items of varying complexity) in approximately 1.5 hours). Upon completion, he walked me through all the repairs on all 3 floors of the house. Once he was certain everything had been satisfactorily been completed he presented the bill and walked me through each item / charge. To top it all off, the bill was less than I'd anticipated. I will likely be a return customer should the need arise.

We had a really high water bill. Nick Blanton was our plumber. He did a thorough walk through and fixed the problem. He was personable and conscientious, explained everything I have questions about. It's his family business and it shows in how he approaches his work.

Gabe Smith came out today after a different technician misdiagnosed why my air wasn’t working. I had been without air for the last few days of temperatures in the 80’s. He was very methodical and figured out that there was a short in my system. He did an excellent job and I am so appreciative!

I live in a new construction neighborhood and Cecil Davis is our point of contact in case of issues. I have called dozens of times to get updates on when someone might come out and fix a water leak and am told by the receptionist I'll let the boss know. I have contacted them multiple times for an issue at my meter and water running down the street. This most recent time it was found that it was on the Town of Apex side of the meter, but they still have not informed me of this! I found out from my builder two days after it was looked at and hundreds of gallons of water have run down the street at my expense. Do not use this Plumber if you like to know what is happening! This is your warning.

I HIGHLY recommend PSR ! I am so impressed with the workmanship (100%+) and the honest pricing. David and Jim came out the same day I called... as our HWH was a goner, and needed replacement . It is in the attic, pull-down stairs, and in 87 + degree heat. Not only was the unit replaced , Dave improved the way the pipes were originally laid out and other little extras, and left the place clean! He went above and beyond and he charged an amazing price !..for all that hard work and all this at the last minute at the end of the day! AND not only that but he guarantees his labor for ONE YEAR! Who does that? THAT is HONEST Hard work and as you know, is very rare these days. This is our plumber from now on ! DO it! call them...You will be glad you did.

I hired Ease to install a gas line to our kitchen for our new range. Every team member who assisted with the process was extremely kind and professional. Ian helped with the initial estimate and severed as my main point throughout the installation process. He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions and was able to schedule service immediately. Criby and Josh came out to do the initial installation and then Cirby and Hal came out to finish the job by installing the range once the inspection was finalized. They were all incredible to work with. Cirby and Hal even spent extra time to ensure the range was property set up and running appropriately.
