They were responsive, on time, very nice, and did a great job. My job was not easy but he came up with a creative idea and was able to fix it. Price was extremely reasonable as well.

Antonio B. deserves an A+ rating. He Installed 3 bidet toilet seats in a timely and thorough manner. He went over and above what was expected and explained why not to flush wipes down the toilet.

I had six downspouts that feed into black corrugated pipe that were completely stopped up. I called Poole's Plumbing and asked if they could help me and wow! Earl and Jose came out and did a fantastic job. They were so persistent in their work and I am extremely pleased!!

I had noticed water leaking at the back corner of my house and called CK’s Plumbing to help investigate the issue. After making an appointment, Kyle and his assistant, Anthony arrived on time and were quick to diagnose the problem. There was leak in a pipe carrying hot water from my water heater into the house. Kyle was able to fix the leak and re-pipe the line without moving the water heater from its position. I am very happy with the work that was performed and the repairs that were made. I would highly recommend anyone one with a plumbing issue to call CK’s Plumbing to help with their repairs.

Service was a great disappointment. Team member who came to clear sewer line, quickly discovered broken pipe from house to street. Called in two other team members to assess location with camera. Informed us that they would consult with others to propose a plan to us; collected $450 fee for cleaning pipe--which of course could not be done with assessment-and promptly left after being paid. No plan, no reschedule, just left. Would never call this company again. Would give no stars except I had to give one in order to submit.

As part of our maintenance contract with Bolton Services Curtis Snipes came out for our air conditioner inspection. He called before his arrival, was on time and introduced himself with a smile-that by the way he had on all day. After maintenance he noticed that instead of cooling the unit was putting out heat. The problem turned out to be the control box, that had to be replaced and some faulty wiring to the control box that had to be replaced. All told Curtis was here for about 7 hours. I think Bolton Services should be properly proud of having an employee like Curtis that stays with the job until it is done right, keeps the customer informed and cheerfully represents the company.

I had some problems getting my GC to permit the work he had done in my home. I decided to just get it taken care of myself and called Carolina Plumbing & Repair. While NONE of this was Carolina Plumbing & Repairs fault or problem, when I called Paul to ask for help getting things permitted and inspected he was literally at my house within 1 hour. He was extremely helpful and understanding. He got everything resolved/permitted for me in 2 days. Frank has been out to my house multiple times and is always extremely polite and courteous. Carolina Plumbing & Repair will be my first call for all future plumbing needs, it’s very hard to find such good people and help! I have already recommended them to friends.
