Wes is everything you are looking for in a plumber! Pleasant, professional, reliable, efficient and well-priced. He came the next morning after I called him and repaired a leaking pipe under the house, replaced two faucets, repaired a faucet and replaced parts on three toilets. We would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of his services!

Excellent service! Called @4:15pm on a Sunday, he was at my house by 5:00 and had the issue fixed by 6:30, including a run to get parts. All for an absolutely reasonable price. Can't recommend enough.

This company has been a nightmare. Entered an annual maintenance agreement on multiple properties. Supposed to get competitive pricing (with discounts) on service calls. They charge a service call, while technician is there, they quote a fee to perform work. They charged 150% more for the work performed for the same service than a different company. Periodic maintenance should include blowing the drain line- that was apparently not done, because when we had water spilling onto a floor of one of our units, they charged for the service call plus extra to clear the drain- $290! They came for a no-cool service call, charged over $400 for 2 lbs refrigerant and check coil for leak. Said I needed a new unit. I declined- six months later, unit still holding refrigerant. Provided them credit card number for all service related charges- they failed to pay their own invoice and then send rude emails asking when the invoice would be paid- twice! This company is a cluster and should be avoided.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I had one of those jobs where there were a lot of glitches. I bought the wrong sized toilet, then when the re-ordered toilet came it was broken. Drew was very kind and patient and helped me out so much. He went above and beyond to make sure everything got done correctly and by the book. He was also good at explaining what he was going to do and why. He was also cool about laying off the up-selling and just letting me get done what I had originally asked for. He is very responsive, punctual, thorough, and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Drew/PLMR.
