My aging water heater started leaking so I contacted Joe via text. He was very responsive and gave me options to choose for my replacement water heater. Once I made a selection, he was out the same day. It's rare you can find someone to communicate through every step in the process and be so quick to response and resolve the issue.

Kline had to make two house calls due to my old house with old pipes. He overhauled and replaced the plumbing system in the bathroom. The quality of his work is going to last a lifetime. New pipes with a new configuration and new tub plumbing fixtures. He was very personable and extremely experienced. I definitely trust 3 Mountains Plumbing. Price point was honest and acceptable as well.

Kamryn with Sewer Renewal Specialists was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. We were trying to move quickly on understanding a septic-to-sewer connection and he made sure to get us the help we needed and keep us on our timeline. I will definitely be calling them again!

Sutherland has special equipment that allows for greater efficiency and less impact to my property. He minimized the size of the holes in the concrete by using a machine that injects water and sucks out gravel and soil.

At no extra charge, they replaced an outside faucet, emptied out my sink trap, replaced faulty faucets aerators, repaired concrete in driveway, repaired a damaged waterline in the house, and installed extra shut off valves.

Chris was very patient and focused on quality of service rather than speed. He went above and beyond, and answered all of my questions with a lot of knowledge. He knows his way around plumbing!

Simply put - I had an issue with a specific type of toilet and was told this company would be familiar with this type of toilet. This was an issue that required a prompt response. I called Bruner's 4 times and I spoke to the customer service agent twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back from a technician to discuss the issue and from there set up an appointment. I never once received a call and found another service.

Nick called after noticing our work order for a plumber mentioned a puddle of water that needed to be cleaned up. He offered to do an estimate for the clean up. Came out quickly and Explained everything he did he was so knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend him to everyone. We didn't end up using the plumber as they were booked out until midweek but the customer service to both set up and cancel the appointment were great.

Vitaliy has been a plumber in larger companies for years and has just started his own business. He wants to focus not only on great workmanship, but also great customer service. He delivered both today, and I'll be calling him the future for any plumbing needs. Responsive, prompt, fairly priced and a really nice guy to have in your home.

Recently, I had a big problem with my bedroom toilet from roots. I called Burfitt Plumbing and was very fortunate how fast the technician took care of the problem. The guy ROCKED!

I will never use this business again! VERY UNHAPPY with their work and lack of professionalism. Western Plumbing was contracted through our general contractor during a complete remodel. We have had continuous issues and with the work done due to their inability to recommend repair and replacement of pre existing problems. In short, they installed new fixtures on faulty plumbing and knew it!

After my experience this morning it's no wonder this company has 1.7 stars. If I had a choice and wasn't going through a home warranty service I would've never used them. The man showed up 45 min late. Then went into the bathroom off the kitchen, was in there for 2 min to fix the toilet and said I need to use the bathroom I'm dancing around in here. Annoyed but fine if its #1. OHHH it wasn't #1, he blew it out. He worked HARD for #2 and the whole family heard it and smelled it as it was 12 feet away from my kids eating their breakfast. In about 10 hours, after it airs out, I'll go in with my hazmat suit to clean the toilet. Super unprofessional!
