Phenomenal customer service. I called them today because of a leak I had on the water valve for the entire house. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that answered but I wish I had. He got the standard info, year of the house, location of valve, etc. He gave me the best case and worst case scenarios. He proceeded to talk me through a few steps to see if we could get it to stop leaking, as it was very tiny and not just spewing out of the valve. Sure enough I followed the steps he talked me through and got it to stop leaking. I will only call Diligent if I need future plumbing work.

Installed a garbage disposal and connections for a dishwasher. Was on time, fast, easy quick quote and booking. Left the space clean. Appreciated him telling us that it may be cheaper to have the dishwasher installed by the store we bought the dishwasher from than from him.

We had a great experience with Diligent Plumbing. We had a small leak in our water heater that needed to be addressed. Vitality came out 2 days later (he assesed how quickly he needed to come based on our description of the issue over the phone) and was able to diagnose the problem rather quickly. Unfortunately, we ended up needing a new water heater. He walked us through all 4 options, plus the expansion tank option and the add ons. We got a quote for the work and a date they could come back. They ended up having an opening sooner and reaching out to bump us up in the schedule. They replaced the water heater for the price they quoted and walk us through how check things in the future. The space was left clean and tidy. He was respectful of our home and space, cleaned up when he left. Highly recommend. He did quality work for a fair price. Hopefully we dont need a plumber again anytime soon but if we do, we are calling the.

We needed to have a toilet leak repaired and ended up having him put in a new toilet. He was very nice and helpful and gave us several alternatives to fix our problem with no pressure. Vitaly did and great job and I would definitely recommend him.

Vitaliy is fantastic! He visited our house before we purchased it after our home inspector highlighted an issue with a leaking toilet. We had only seen the house for 30 min before buying it so we were really counting on Vitaliy to be honest about the scope of the work. He provided a reasonable estimate for three options then talked with us on the phone to explain what he may or may find once removing the toilet. He completed the removal and installation of a new toilet today and everything went very smoothly. He texted before arriving, was conscientious, clean and super friendly. It’s Saturday afternoon-I walked into the garage to discover water dripping from the garage ceiling onto the hood of my car-eek! Who to call? If there were a zillion stars... this company would have ALL of them and more!!!! Vitaliy is such an honest, respectful, caring business owner. My husband and I were sitting in the family room on a Friday night watching TV (mind you this was 12:15 AM). We hardly ever stay up late but thankfully we did. My husband heard what sounded like someone was taking a shower, however our teenagers were already asleep. I walked down to that side of the house and sure enough the shower water was coming out of the spigot and to my surprise the faucet handle was turned downward which is in the off mode. I calmly tried to turn the handle back on and off when that did not work I called for my husband. He came in and went to get tools to see if he could remove the handle. He then went outside to find the main water shut off... again no such luck we needed a meter key! UGH!!!!

We looked on the internet and found Diligent 24 hour plumbing company. Within 7 minutes Vitaliy was at our home, turned off the main water value and came in to see what the issue was. He found the problem and stated that he could be back at 7:00 AM to fix the shower. 7:00 AM on the dot he was back and quickly fixed the shower.

He was extremely reasonably priced even with the EMERGENCY hours. My husband and I will be calling Diligent Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. We can't thank you enough!

Repaired leaks in two locations and replaced an outside hose bib. Arrived on time, quickly sized up the necessary repairs and quoted me a fair price. Vitaliy from Diligent Plumbing was awesome to work with. We called because we had a pipe break under our sink. He came in, was super friendly, gave us three separate options and explained the costs, what would be involved, and how good each option would be to fix the overall problem. We ended up going big and having them replace the entire sink and faucet and we let them do everything. Within a week and a half, they ordered the sink/faucet and were here to install it. No problems, no fuss, just great service. If I have any issues that require a plumber in the future, I know who I'll call.

He was easy to communicate with, arrived on time, and respectful of my home by protecting surface areas where he would be working. The guy was super kind over the phone. Explained my problem, and just was hoping for some pricing, and direction. He provided this after getting some understanding, advised possible trouble points, and asked if I had any other concerns. So I finally mentioned how I was going to prolly try a safe method of baking soda and vinegar for the drain, MAYBE use my own, and he even advised the proper tooling to use at home! Luckily, the ~5 dollar trick worked, and didn't need to rent anything. But this company has earned my business, and I will be utilizing their services in the future. The person over the phone was really warming to a time of stress and concern.

And FYI, plumbing isn't inherently cheap. But the prices quoted were reasonable than what I found other places consider (some refuse to even quote any price, and one wanted to charge you to just come out and look) and after the insight over the phone, I'd trust them over other businesses.

I had a water heater problem. He came out and looked at the problem, went over all my options, and what impressed me the most, he didn't press for the most expensive repair, nor did he make promises he couldn't keep. That's the sign of someone who is highly ethical. We ended up having the water heater replaced. They were on time, they completed the project in 1/2 the time they said they would. They also cut no corners. They used the best and most reliable parts, where I had suboptimal parts previously.

I highly recommend this company, and I will definitely be using them again.

Vitaliy was very responsive when I initially called to set up an appointment for my blocked drain line for my kitchen sink and my washer drain .

On the day of the appointment he texted me that he would be able to arrive earlier which worked great for me. Vitaliy was very cordial when he arrived and it was a pleasure to meet him. He went right to work assessing the issue. After troubleshooting he offered three options to get the drain line unplugged with an option to a another cleanout. The added cleanout was the most expensive option but the one that made the most sense. He told me that with this cleanout I would be able to do the clean the drain line myself. I opted for that added cleanout as we seem to have this problem every several years.

He was very fast at completing the work and did a beautiful job. What a great sense of humor, too. This made for a very positive experience and I trusted him completely. He will be THE one I will call in the future, if the need arises, and the one that I would recommend if asked.

Vitaliy came out to our house and fixed our shower that was dripping at a great price, and also replaced our toilet with a brand new one! I highly recomend going with them and will call them back. Sunday evening our kitchen sink decided to stop draining and the sink would fill with water. Anytime we tried to run the garbage disposal to help dispel whatever was causing the issue, water would spew everywhere. I was able to speak with Vitaly that afternoon and get scheduled for service early Tuesday morning. He texted me in the am on Tuesday to let me know he was arriving soon, was prompt, professional and quick. (Out the door within a couple hours)

Really like Vitaliy - he's highly competent, professional, a nice guy, and did a great job both of the times that we used him. I just called him again this morning because our water heater wasn't getting hot enough. Had a terrible smell from tub that has gotten worse over past several days. Read all the great reviews at10pm at night and decided to call to schedule an appointment. I don’t know how other people think this company but as for me they provide great and excellent service. I received excellent and professional service when I needed especially during this Pandemic time. My kitchen faucet was broken and I need to replace it. I bought one from Home Depot and installed it myself but as soon I turn it on, water run but like not pressure. Everything look good as far the installation. Couldn’t figure out what going on so I made many call around locals but no one available to come help me check. Until I found Deligent Plumbing on web, I ask them to come out but they were also very busy too. However I told them that I have an emergency need help so they can’t come out but willing to walk me through on phone how to troubleshoot and corrected the problems. I had my problems resolved after 10-15min later. THANK YOU Deligent!

We had a dripping bath tub faucet we tried to repair on our own, but just couldn't get right. Aside from that, our water pressure was INSANELY high (120) and when we went to adjust it, noticed the reducer was rusted and broken- yikes! As new home owners, we were really at a loss of what to do.

I called quite a few companies in the area and most required a $100 fee just to come take a look and give an estimate. Aside from that, most reviews were not great AND my husband and I both work and NO major company was willing to come on a weekend for us. I would've had to take time off work to get an estimate.

I finally found Diligent Plumbing. Vitaliy was willing to come out to our place on a weekend, within just a few days and give a free estimate. When he arrived he was super nice and friendly. Gave us an estimate very quickly AND explained what was going on/what needed to happen in terms easy for us to understand. He had his nephew with him, who was the sweetest young guy and helped along in the process. He even caught something that wasn't up to code in our house and explained to us why we needed to fix it. Super impressive!

We asked Vitaliy numerous questions and he answered all of them very detailed. We ended up scheduling the work very quickly after that. On the day of the work, he was again, quick, informative and super friendly. The work was done quicker than expected which was a nice surprise. The bill was reasonable and it's been months since the work was done with 0 issues. Very happy customer! I recommend him to everyone now.

From the start (discussing my problem over the phone) to the Finish (the final bill) Vitaliy was polite, friendly, and very informative.
He had no problem with me shadowing him as he did his inspection so that i could better understand how things worked and he cheerfully answered all of my questions. Also, even tho i didn't call about my water heater he scanned it over and noticed that it was on a too low heat setting and explained that this could very well cause bacterial growth in the tank if not set to a higher temp, which he reset for

Unlike countless other companies that I had reached out to and waited to hear back from my guy almost an immediate response. A breath of fresh air in the Covid/post Covid era where people don’t even bother to return a call or if they do they can’t help you in your time of need. He came the next day with his colleague during the timeframe he stated. They were polite, put on shoe covers and face masks. They were respectful and professional—something that should be common sense but is not these days. I think the saying goes common sense is not so common anymore. These two young men showed common sense , courtesy and great care. I took Vitality’s assistant to the breaker box and when we were returning inside the house he politely hurried to open the door for me and allowed me to enter first. A sign of a gentleman. While the service did cost quite a bit, I supplied my own top-of-the-line appliance and needed the job completed now, not 2 months out like everyone I called was telling me. I certainly would recommend these guys to do a professional job and would most certainly use them again if I had something that urgently needed taken care of. I think that the workmanship was fine from my observations and they warrantee their labour for three years.
