Tyler was great to work with.My partner and I noticed a leak in our basement and called 3 mountains at 7am expecting to just get a VM. Not only were we able to speak to someone within the hour, we were able to get an inspection done within two hours!The inspection went well and Tyler was clear as to what he suspected the issue was and we are moving forward with some repair work. Very thankful for the quick turnaround.Will update again after pipe work is done!

We converted from septic to city sewer and Seweral Renewal Specialists took care of it all! There were bumps along the way because we are subject to the jurisdictions of multiple cities/counties and they were able to take care of all the permitting from start to finish and were great communicators throughout the whole process. Everyone I met was awesome and kind - definitely recommend them for this kind of work!

They were friendly to my neighbors, careful with my trees, protected my plants and lawn, replaced the sod in my yard, and you can’t even tell they were here. Smitty's Sewer was recommended as a company able to deal with a potentially broken storm drain pipe. They were responsive and fitted us into their schedule both for the initial evaluation and for doing the work (turns out we needed to have a rain garden installed to avoid the broken storm drain). In December 2022 when everyone is scheduling into January Smitty's was ready to take on this relatively small job almost immediately. Mario made the whole thing seamless and our larger remodeling plans were not disrupted but greatly helped by his responsiveness. The company was on time, professional, kept the area tidy, communicated well, worked hard, and provided cost effective service. Jack came out to unclog one of our outside drains. He explained exactly what he was going to do to get our drain working properly and how much the job would cost. After unclogging our drain, Jack gave several helpful tips on how to prevent future clogs. Not only was Jack professional, he was also personable. He was friendly and kind. He left me with a smile and a happy feeling. Jack is the reason Roto-Rooter will be my go-to rooter company from now on! Thank you, Jack!

Owner Mike Jones and the crew from Clark County Plumbing were nothing short of awesome! They helped clear out some clogged pipes from the driveway leading out to the exterior of our property. They were nice, efficient and got the job done ASAP. Mike was a real professional and on time ... no-make that early! I only wish I could give him 10 stars!

Both times I have called needing assistance with plumbing they have a plumber there the next morning. Knowledgeable plumbers who tell you what needs to be done and done right. Expect to pay some money though, plumbing is not cheap!

Unclog sewer line. Good response on a Saturday and got the job done. Technician was thorough and communicated well.
My only concern: Initial call (to perhaps phone center) told me that they do not work on weekends but I called back and got the local office who said that they can.

We had a great experience with green box. The service was timely and professional. Timely in everything was on time as discussed. Additionally, I was able to get this service done within a week of our quote. Others were charging a substantial amount more and were booked 1 month out.

Mike was efficient and very pleasant to work with. This would be my number 1 recommendation for electric vehicle charger installation. I am sure they are equally as proficient with other services. I will be back on when we use them in the future!!
