Joe did an AMAZING job! We had found out today that our water heater had been leaking, possibly for at least a day or two, and no one noticed. We called Joe based on a recommendation from a friend. Joe’s text-based communication was quick, concise, and led us to getting a quote which was fantastic. Even though we had just contacted him, he was able to come out and perform a same-day replacement of our broken water heater. He was personable and friendly which made the experience that much better. Especially since our water heater sits behind PVC pipe that can make installation of a new one more annoying than usual (you can see it blocking part of the bottom of the newly installed water heater in the picture). I highly recommend him as it was quality work for a last minute call.

From start to finish I had an excellent experience working with 3 Mountains Plumbing. The bidding process was quick, easy and transparent. Scheduling our service was a breeze, and 3 Mountains was able to accommodate a change in the day of service without any trouble. Finally, the technician who did the work for us was professional, very knowledgeable, willing to talk through all kinds of options with me, and a great guy. We had a new water line run to a fridge water filter and ice machine and an old galvanized pipe what was rusting from the inside removed and replaced.3 Mountains Plumbing did a really good, professional job and I highly recommend them.

The first company we called about our sewer issues charged us to assess the problem and told us we had very extensive issues that would cost tens of thousands of dollars. Thankfully we got a second opinion with Sewer Renewal Specialists. We had a great experience with their team from start to finish. Joe did an excellent job assessing our somewhat complex and perplexing issue and was very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of the job. He came up with a solution that cost less than a quarter of what the first company quoted. The office staff were very responsive and even worked with us to reschedule the job when we had a conflict. The whole team worked hard and did a great job communicating with us - and I couldn't believe how quickly they got everything done. Jose was particularly excellent with his customer service, dedication and great attitude. Thank you all!

Fantastic overall service! Cameron was the best plumber we have ever had work in our home. He identified and explained the problem, then repaired the leak we have been battling for several months. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, ensured I understood, was extremely professional, and was very careful in our home. He deserves an A+++ for his knowledge, great communication skills, terrific work ethic, and professionalism.

These folks came out to do an assessment and quote for my home warranty company. I'm giving 4 stars despite their astronomical quote which was almost 3x what another company quoted for the exact same job (total re-plumb of my 700 sq ft house) because the person I dealt with, Dustin, was on time, polite, had a positive attitude, and they did what they said they would do with no nudging needed by me. I'm not able to afford their services, but if I had the money, I would go with them because they seem competent and like they actually want to do their jobs, which is weirdly hard to find in Portland-area contractors.

I had a great experience working with River City Environmental and I would highly recommend them. The staff was very nice and professional. I had to hook up to the City Sewer and decommission my septic tank onsite. These guys did the whole job, including putting my fence back up!

What a professional experience from the initial phone call to a reschedule due to snow through completion of work. Kudos and accolades to Pipeline.

If there were a zillion stars... this company would have ALL of them and more!!!! Vitaliy is such an honest, respectful, caring business owner. My husband and I were sitting in the family room on a Friday night watching TV (mind you this was 12:15 AM). We hardly ever stay up late but thankfully we did. My husband heard what sounded like someone was taking a shower, however our teenagers were already asleep. I walked down to that side of the house and sure enough the shower water was coming out of the spigot and to my surprise the faucet handle was turned downward which is in the off mode. I calmly tried to turn the handle back on and off when that did not work I called for my husband. He came in and went to get tools to see if he could remove the handle. He then went outside to find the main water shut off... again no such luck we needed a meter key! UGH!!!!

We looked on the internet and found Diligent 24 hour plumbing company. Within 7 minutes Vitaliy was at our home, turned off the main water value and came in to see what the issue was. He found the problem and stated that he could be back at 7:00 AM to fix the shower. 7:00 AM on the dot he was back and quickly fixed the shower.

He was extremely reasonably priced even with the EMERGENCY hours. My husband and I will be calling Diligent Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. We can't thank you enough!

The team showed up and completed the whole house within 8 hours. Enrique showed up 1st and immediately began digging the water main. Gaven & Jason showed up with Greg and everyone immediately got to work. They made sure to keep our house was kept clean and worked together perfectly! They explained the process and what they were doing the whole time! The inspector was happy with their work and we passed inspection! I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

Professional, personable and exceeded expectations.
We had Mike and Clark County Plumbing out to replace all of our water and drain lines in our 1920’s house. Work was completed at the estimated price, on time, with a few pleasant thoughtful additions and cleaned up beyond expectations. The work crew was absolutely pleasant, professional and willing to answer questions. The professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness absolutely elevated CCP above the competition and built a trust that is uncommon today.

Bought a water heater from them in 2017 and they installed a propane water heater which my natural gas does nit convert to. I called them and the lady was rude and extremely unprofessional, she told me that since they are closing their doors this week and going out do business it doesn't matter. Talked to a very reputable plumbing company Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical and they said that is absolutely wrong and why my unit is leaking. Do not work with this company and if you need a plumbing company go to them because unlike Western Plumbing they know what they are doing, they are professional and they actually care about people and the work they do. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB as well as the Attorney General. The least they could do is prorate the cost so we can put it towards a new one since they screwed up.
