Excellence Plumbing and Repiping! Just had my house repiped by Excellence Plumbing, truly excellent, in the job they did.
They were on time, respected COVID safety measures, courteous, respectful of property and person, skilled, friendly and did many extra little details in work and clean up-that they were not required to do. They did a fantastic job, in all aspects, and even finished in less time than they expected.
If you need repiping done or a plumber for anything, you will receive top quality treatment and skilled repair with Excellence Plumbing. Plus, they do business with old fashioned business values, not often found these days. Oscar and Shelly, the owners, are also residents in the Highland Neighborhood!

We have been extremely happy with Excellence Plumbing and their service. I called 8-10 plumbing companies and after no call backs, or extremely absurd quotes or not so informative at home bids, we were lucky to find Excellence Plumbing. By far Excellence Plumbing was the most fair priced and very professional one of the 10 companies I got quotes and had come to our home. We did an entire new bathroom rough-in with sinks, shower and toilet, and Oscar and his team were very professional and clean. I would 100% recommend them. It is hard to find contractors that respond right away, and are willing to listen to your needs and work with your budget, and E.P. did that. So happy we found them!! :)

I was referred to Josh from Facebook due to my AC going down this past week. He was able to get to my house quicker than anyone else. I am glad because he was able to quickly diagnose and repair what was wrong, and fix for a very reasonable cost! Just in time for record heat. Extensive repair to redo the sewer lines in our crawlspace. Excellent explanation of work to be done, prompt service, and did not leave any mess at all.
I use Excellence for all of my plumbing needs. They are honest, always do great work, and are prompt whenever I need services. I highly recommend.
I had to have a plumbing contractor complete some work while our home was on the market for sale.
My general contractor neighbor recommended Excellence plumbing. They did all the work needed and to the inspectors satisfaction. Everything was done quickly and I feel that the value was far greater than the invoice charge(which was about 1/3 of what I thought it might be). The office staff is very courteous and helpful. These guys are awesome! We had an outside pipe next to our water main that was leaking and every plumbing company that we called wanted us to wait until the following week for someone to come out. We called Excellence Plumbing and within 30 minutes, Justin showed up. He got to work, and in a relatively short period of time, he was all done. The work was excellently done and Justin was awesome. When we need plumbers again, we will definitely be giving Excellence a call.

Over the years, Oscar and his team at Excellence Plumbing have done numerous plumbing works for us. Recently, they helped us repipe our entire house. Of course, they did not disappoint us, and did a superb job! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and always provide detailed explanations of their work. We recently changed our hot water heater and in the process realized that we had super old pipes that were extremely corroded and rusty. Oscar was able to come out the following day and assess what we would need to do. He was extremely professional and gave us an reasonable quote for completely re-plumbing the house, as well as replacing the kitchen drain and main line in to the house. Shelly is also very professional and kept us in the loop with scheduling and follow up. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Always enjoy working with Oscar and his crew, and they are our first call for Plumbing needs. Shelly is so efficient when we call her for an appointment. They did what we ask and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their work, even returning to change something from the original installation because we wanted the faucet configured differently than what the original installation called for.
Great customer service, responds quickly to communications. I needed to install a sink so requested a quote, they responded and helped me make sure that the preparation was done to make the installation possible. I was scheduled for installation in about 2 weeks but they called as they had a opportunity to install it and came to installation in less than an hour. Did a great job of installation and found a issue with our drain from the kitchen so they fixed issue and installed the sink. Easy to work with and got it done quickly. This is the third time I need plumbing help and wouldn't have considered another plumber. I would recommend them to anyone need their help. Couldn't have done a better job. Cleaned the work area, made sure the plumbing was done correctly and made it a great experience.
I was out of the country when leak appeared inside my wall. My daughter (24 yrs old) had to take care of calling and meeting with the plumber. They came out promptly, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. When I returned they were also quite helpful in resubmitting the invoice in the way that my insurance wanted it so that I could file a claim. First class.
I had the water heater go out at a rental and the tenant didn't have any hot water. I called several plumbers and Excellence provided the earliest date of two days out. Day later they call me and tell me they can fit in the work that afternoon. Not only did they arrive two days early, but they replaced the water heater that afternoon at a rate I feel was very reasonable. Staff was friendly, responsive and great with my tenant and kept me constantly informed. They even asked a bunch of questions and had my tenant take pictures of the current water heater so they could begin sourcing a replacement before they even got there. Very happy with their service and my tenant was thankful to have hot water again so quickly.
Solved my shower leak problem without cutting through wall in my manufactured home. Questioned them on my loose kitchen faucet. I was not in any way pressured to replace it. Showed me a cost of service sheet before starting job. Honest.
Oscar is a blessing. He was able to repair a leak in my bathtub caused by an older difficult to access damaged cartridge. In contrast to a previous bid, he was able to do the repair without needing to go through a wall or take out tiles. This was done for a quarter of the price that was bid by another plumbing company. Excellence Plumbing was professional, friendly, clean, and able to clearly and patiently explain the problem, process and solution. Great communications and responsiveness from Shelley. Highly recommended.

Oscar's company was recommended to me by a friend who has used him on several projects. Oscar and Soheil repiped my entire house and replaced the water heater. Oscar's thoughtful work saved us money by avoiding going through our ceiling for most of the work. The entire team is friendly, professional, and conscientious. They did a great job and really put us at ease for the daunting project.
We had a leak in the basement and thought it was the roof but possibly due to the wet wall it could be plumbing. We called Excellence Plumbing and despite the busy time given everything they got over the same day and found the leak, and embarrassingly it was the hose to the ice machine that had sprung a leak and caused the damage to my basement. I would have never thought to look there and with 10 min Oscar found the leak and we had it repaired.

It all started when my landscaper lifted the cover off the box where the sprinkler backflow and turn on/off valves are, and discovered it was half full of water. Another plumbing company was out at my house at the time, and they thought it might be a leak at the connection to the main water line. So they gave me a quote for fixing it, and also I asked for a quote to replace the water service line into the house, because my neighbors had just gone through replacing theirs because it had a leak. Later that day I talked to my neighbor, who told me about Excellence Plumbing and what a great job they did. When he told me what they paid for the work, I was shocked -- it was much less than what I had been quoted by the other company. I called Excellence and they sent John out to look at the jobs needing to be done, and he gave me a quote for the sprinkler connection leak repair, and a quote for replacing the water service line. To do everything, their quote was much less than the other company's. I decided to go ahead with the water service line replacement as well as the sprinkler fix, because I didn't want something to happen later, and possibly not have water for a couple of days. They had a bit of a change on the schedule, because the man scheduled to come had called in sick. But in spite of that, they arrived just a half-hour later than they originally planned to be there. They were courteous and so kind, and they knew what they were doing and did it efficiently. I am very glad I talked to my neighbors!! Excellence Plumbing will be my plumbing service from now on.
I own a remodeling business and use Excellence frequently. They always show up as scheduled, have fair pricing, and are easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

Oscar and his team were fast, professional, courteous and did a great job. They were also 20% less than the 4 other companies we called to get a bid on the same job. We had a major leak in the main water line from our house to the street. They replaced the entire line and did this in a few hours time.

We replaced a bathroom sink. The job was completed expertly. No issues whatsoever. I am very confident with the work performed by this plumber.
I contracted with Excellence Plumbing to replace all the water pipes in my 50-year-old condo home after reviewing bids from a number of other contractors. My experience with Excellence was, pun intended, excellent. Interactions prior to the work were helpful, they showed up on time, and worked very diligently to complete the project. I was especially impressed by how clean they left the unit – inside and out – after they completed their work for each day. I was also impressed during the development of the project specifications that Mr. Remedio steered me in the best direction for insulating the new pipes, even though it meant he would lose that part of the job. I would definitely return to Excellence for any future plumbing needs that I might have.
Oscar was recommending to me by my Father, who recently had his entire house re-piped and was very please with the results. I utilized their services for a complete underground and rough-in work for a garage to ADU conversion. He was very patient with me as a home owner who had never designed a bathroom / kitchen before and provided a lot of necessary insight. I will be definitely passing on Oscar's contact to friends and family.

I can’t believe I forgot to write a review before. Excellence plumbing has been my go to for years for plumbing work. Outstanding quality and fair pricing. A local family owned beaverton company. I highly recommend them. They’ve fixed problems a GC hired plumber couldn’t figure out and could schedule me way faster than any other contractor, ANY contractor of any sort. Give them a shot!
Work they’ve done for me: hose bibs, bath fixtures and vanities, old piping repairs, kitchen sink dishwasher and garbage disposal. All done correctly the first time!

We used this plumber when we first moved here and he charged us a huge fee for a few minutes of his time. Essential over $1000 for less than an hour .
Fast forward a few years or so, my husband accidentally called him for a quote thinking he was a different plumber that we liked. When he walked in the door and we saw him we agreed that we would not need his service. Now we owe him $100 for driving to our house.

I have done two major projects with Oscar (owner) from Excellence Plumbing. They really have a kind and professional staff.
After contacting several other seemingly reputable plumbing companies in the Portland area we chose Excellence for a couple reasons:
1. They offered a free estimate. All other plumbers we hired to estimate the job charged a fee of $60-90 (credited to the job if we hired them). I understand providing an estimate costs the business money but it felt like this fee was used as leverage so we'd hire them. Instead, their plumbers either showed up late, unannounced or their estimate was borderline outrageous.
2. Excellence's estimate was reasonable (not the cheapest, not the most expensive).
We hired them to install a new sink in a space that didn't already have one. The crew showed up and was very professional, fast and made sure to leave the space as clean as they found it. The city inspected the work, no problems. We're going to have them back out for a second phase and will not hesitate to hire them again. This is our new go-to plumber in the future.
We needed a leaky kitchen faucet and bathroom sink+faucet replaced. John from Excellence was super friendly and got right to work. He had both items complete in about 90 min, and left the area clean and leak free. Highly recommend!

Oscar and his crew are fantastic. The re-piped our entire house, and did a great job. They also came out recently to replace an old drainage pipe, and were able to come same-day, and complete the job in just a couple of hours. Oscar is super friendly, and good at explaining things so that anyone can understand what he's talking about. Excellence Plumbing is definitely our go-to plumber.
They are so good that when they enter the restroom the toilet sets stand at attention.
They know how to fix anything relating to water. Service is good, the finished product is excellent.
We just got a leak in our main water line fixed. It was a difficult job because of some big tree roots, but they got it done.
I used Excellence plumbing several times. Normally they got the job done, but the costs were higher than others, especially when you needed an add-on service. In my case I was going to re-pipe the house, and they quoted another $1400(another 5 star plumber quoted $550) for replacing a water heater even though they needed to replace all the connections to the old water heater anyway. I would suggest shopping around for bigger jobs.

I generally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to with my experience with Excellence Plumbing! I called on a Friday afternoon urgently needing to replace Water Heater Tank due to water leak. They were super helpful in trying to make this happen for me despite their busy schedule. Pricing was competitive vs other quotes I received, but it was their customer care, service, and going above and beyond that won me over. Highly recommended! :)

Had a sink that had developed multiple problems - once on site they replaced the sink and faucet in its entirety in under two hours, everybody I dealt with was friendly and professional.
Oscar and Soheil made speedy work of replumbing our 50 year old house's supply lines. The work is perfect and they finished ahead of schedule after working through a monster day one to set us off in the right direction. These guys are the best. Thanks!

Shelly was efficient and friendly over the phone, and Oscar is a great plumber, pure and simple. They were both very cheerful about their work. After describing our problem over the phone, we got a rough price quote. Being satisfied with the price, we went ahead and had him come take a look at it. After looking at the pipe that needed work, Oscar suggested a different fix that ended up being $75 less! Amazing! Needless to say, the quality of the work was very satisfactory and finished in record time.
Thanks so much for an easy plumbing experience! We will definitely be repeat customers!
