Best Water Heater Replacement And Installation in Portland OR

After our water heater unexpectedly failed, we started looking around for someone to come install a new one ASAP. Joe was super responsive via text, gave us several options to choose from, explained the pros and cons of each (including extra info like whether it was made in America, how good the customer service was, ease of finding replacement parts, etc.) and was happy to answer all questions about it. He set our minds at ease about spending a large chunk of money on a new appliance and got us exactly what we needed installed much more quickly than the other companies we contacted would have. If I ever need another water heater installed, I will definitely use his services again!

Turned out that my problem didn't need a big repair. Happily paid 30$ for peace of mind. On time and great service all around

We had 2 unrelated plumbing issues this last month and Sean with Sutherland Plumbing came to fix them! First of all, during this time of Covid-19, we was super impressed with the measures he was taking (mask, gloves, foot coverings, and giving lots of social distance when updating us). We had Chris from Pipeline Plumbing to our home today for a few minor repairs. He was prompt and courteous and got the work done in a timely manner. Simply put - I had an issue with a specific type of toilet and was told this company would be familiar with this type of toilet. This was an issue that required a prompt response. I called Bruner's 4 times and I spoke to the customer service agent twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back from a technician to discuss the issue and from there set up an appointment. I never once received a call and found another service.

Your service person, Abe, has a great disposition. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also reached out to some other staff to check on pricing and availability and it sounded like he has great rapport with them. I used PEX PDX to replace galvanized plumbing, including the main water line and my entire house. These two tasks were separated by me to ease the financial pain, and they were willing to accommodate this. My hybrid water heater was already set up (by a friend), and when they saw it they asked if I wanted them to redo it, and quoted a number in line with others for water heater installation. The redo looked flawless, and I’ve had no problems with plumbing, and the drywall holes were small enough that we opted to fix them ourselves. Each service was a two-day process, with installation one day (accomplished in a few hours), and inspection by the city the next. Lot of places are capable of doing this work, but the reasons to choose this place are how I was treated, and how the company treats its workers. As a woman, I’m used to being condescended to and asked if I’d like to see their pink options; these guys talked to me about symbols I painted and my rock collection. Super easy to work with and work around. When I asked what it was like to work there, they raved about the place. This is a huge relief, since I’m not interested in surrendering my hard earned dollars to a company that makes employees miserable. How can you take pride in your work if your employer is shameful? If I have other plumbing needs, I’ll call them again.

Caleb came out to our home to clear some underground rain drains. He was one of the most polite, most professional workers we've ever had the pleasure of working with. We will use Mr. Rooter again, if only because of our experience working with Caleb!

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

My wife and I are seniors and noticed a couple of wet spots that were soaking through our carpet. Pulled back the edges and realized that we obviously had a water leak from below. Had this company come out to evaluate and give us an estimate. The guy they sent out crawled under the crawl space (we had to loan him a flashlight since he didn't have one) and gave us the horrible news that everything under the house need to be replaced and that it would be between $8,000 and $9,000. We were smart enough to have another company come out, who located the leak and repaired within 2 hours for a total charge of $255.00. I am not sure if Clark County Plumbing sent an inept estimator, or if it is their common practice trying to take advantage of people our age who they know are not going to crawl under the house to check. I hate to even give them 1 star. They don't deserve it
