Joe is amazing! I reached out on a Sunday afternoon when my tenants alerted me their water heater was failing. I sent him a picture of the failing water heater and he gave me a quote by phone within an hour. He was there with the water heater within 3 hours to install it. The tenants said he did great work! This was an exceptional customer service experience!

All I've seen from this company is their ability to come out and provide a quote, but that was great!

Terry is a straight shooter. His prices are fair, he works hard, and does a great job.
Him and his son installed a pressure regulator, some new line, a toilet, an expansion tank, and a relief valve on the water heater. Our system is more complicated than most peoples, because we receive 150psi from the main. Terry explained everything, and has our place dialed in.
It is rare to find someone who does things right the first time and doesn't try to rip you off. Thank you Terry and son.

Couldn't give this guy enough stars. Very nice, helpful and personable. Allowed us to complete some of the job ourselves to avoid paying more than we had to (we had a water main break, and we dug it out ourselves). Very reasonable rates.

We own a duplex, and Bob has helped us over the years with hooking up new faucets, garbage disposals, and replacing old drain pipes with new ones that aren't filled with 50 years of sludge and rust. Today he came out with one day's notice to replace one of our water heaters which was 16 years old. Lo-and-behold, the other unit's water heater began to leak while he was here. Unbelievable! It turned out to have been leaking inside for years and filled with rust. So he ended up replacing both for us. Yes, it was an expensive day for us, but, hey, they are good for years now. His work is professional, and he takes a great deal of pride in doing it well. We highly recommend Bob and Nichols Plumbing.

Green Box showed up on time and completed the installation in less than an hour. Very professional, and Scott was a nice guy too. I highly recommend Green Box.

I haven't call them for plumbing services. And I NEVER will. One of their drivers almost caused an accident in Oregon city this evening. Probably shouldn't have tried to switch lanes at the last second. And if you are going to drive like a crazy person, DON'T DO IT IN YOUR COMPANYS VEHICLE!!!

Cornel's Plumbing was excellent! They took care of me quickly and efficiently. We had a leak in the crawl space from the kitchen drain. They made sure to prioritize the fix so we wouldn't be without running water in the kitchen for a week.

Lovett came highly recommended by a couple of friends who told me for major stuff like this; Lovett is the only company they would hire to do the work. My first call was to Ken W. After a few minutes of explaining details on a main line water break, I immediately understood why.
It was a Saturday and after sharing all the details; he was super thorough in helping me understand the process.
He assured me he would get to us as soon as possible, and immediately got me in touch with a contractor to locate the underground break.  The locate was on Monday & by Tuesday, I had a bid in hand. Again he thoroughly explained the bid and answered all of our concerns. Ken got everything handled promptly,  and considered our issue urgent especially since we were coming up on a week without water in 80-90 degree weather.
The communication was excellent, not to mention the expectations of the work performed was exactly as they said it would be. Every contractor that came through from Lovett was on the ball and super professional. We definitely felt taken care of and I have even added them to my Real Estate Brokerage's preferred vendor list! As realtors, we come across so many contractors for our clients home inspections/ repairs/bids etc. Lovett professionally and personally exceeded my expectations compared to some I have had to work with in the past. Bought a water heater from Home Depot that took awhile to be delivered due to low stock, scheduled Fast to install. The quote ended up being very close to the final cost so no surprises even though the new water heater dimensions were slightly different than what we currently had. Scheduling was quick and the installers were great, they hauled the old one away and no issues with our new carpeting (even had to go up/down carpeted stairs). Highly recommended.
