Dominque was great, AND as one reviewer mentioned, I should have done my homework to get other quotes. They do get you with an inexpensive ($30) initial visit and their quote for just replacing an outside faucet was outrageous. $1200, Dominque was here maybe 1/2 hour and I'm fairly certain she's not getting $600 hr. And it was the lowest of the three quotes they gave me. Do your due diligence friends. I had already given them a 50% deposit and didn't want to go to the trouble of starting over with another company

We utilized this company for a real estate transaction and they were able to scope out the sewers. However, when we asked them to also scope the rain drains we did not hear anything for several days. When we asked for a report they sent us a blurry hand drawn photo. After repeated requests for a report I finally called the office manager Cindi. Cindi did not know how to upload videos via e-mail nor had she checked any of her recent company e-mails. At this point David decided to very rudely respond back to myself and our realtor. Take your business elsewhere.

Provided prompt, excellent service on an emergency call. Chris was patient and thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure our problem was thoroughly solved.

Josh, installed a new toilet. We were expecting to have him recommend a toilet and we would order it and have him come back again for the install. He made the recommendation and said he could go pick it up and install it same day! There was an additional charge tacked on to the cost of the toilet, but it was worth it to have a working toilet same day. He also repaired two other toilets we were having problems with. When we replace those toilets, I will call them to do the job! Very pleased. Thanks, Roto-Rooter!

Mr. Rooter fixed a sewer line that had a belly. Most companies wanted to tear up our landscaping but they completed the job and the place looked like it was never touched.

We had a major issue with the defective Wirsbo pipe (circa 2000) in our house springing leaks every few months, the only solution was to repipe the whole house. Patrick from CCP came out to bid the job, and spent time walking us through the details and offered 3 bids/approaches to choose from. I then had two other companies also come out to bid the job. Not only was CCP the best bid (by far) but they could get the work done in less time.

Patrick and crew worked hard to get us back online in one day, only returning the second day to finish up a few final items. They backup the work with a great warranty and were very responsive to return calls and follow up. They were always courteous and worked well as a team. If you're in need of a repipe, you should include CCP in your bids. I will definitely use them again (hopefully not for a long time!)

Eric was very professional with me good communication I’m a lead maintenance tech for David Nase property management we had a main drain issue with one of our elderly tenants who only had one bathroom to use he took the after hours call did the job fast and the tenant was very happy with his work said he was a great guy and good at his job very knowledgeable thanks Eric look forward to more help from you in the future

Terrible experience. I called at 8:42 a.m. and was promised a technician between 10:00 and 2:00 p.m. for an emergency issue. I specifically asked whether that was realistic and was assured that it was and they could help. At 10:00 I received a brief voicemail indicating they would not come after all. As a result I lost more than an hour of time to find an emergency plumber on a Saturday. When I called to express concern, I was told my original call didn’t come in until 9:39 (contrary to the actual record on my phone) and dismissively told “you only called 20 minutes ago.” I understand that everyone is dealing with short staffing, but this business needs to fix its process ASAP. The call takers are disconnnected from the process and ill-informed. This business should honestly inform callers during intake that they may not be able to help.

I am writing this due to an extreme lack of service I haven’t ever experienced before. I started with my contact via a request though the company’s website. The response was “we will get back to you as soon as we can to schedule an appointment”. After almost 10 days I called the company. The man who answered sounded unconcerned I has submitted this request and not heard back. He just said do you want to schedule a call by one of their plumbers and I said yes. They did not have a day available for almost another 2 weeks, but I set that day for the call. As is typical they give you a range to be at home for the plumber (12-4PM). A week prior to that day I called to relate I wanted to add a garbage disposal repair to the toilet repair request that was my original request. I asked if it would help their process for me to get them part numbers or product names, and the man related “no, they are ready to repair anything”. On the day of my appointment I waited until 3PM, and as I had not seen nor heard from anyone I called the company. The man who answered didn’t seem concerned I hadn’t heard, but said they were “having some difficulties”. He went on to say regardless there would be someone coming, they were just running late. A few minutes before 5PM I called again and got a voice mail stating they were either on the phone or it was after 5PM. I left a message saying I had been waiting since noon and needed to plan if there was indeed someone still going to come by. I never received a call back. I waited to be sure until 7PM. The next day I also never received a call all day....nor the following day. This is the most ignored I have been by a service company in my life, and in multiple ways. I have now wasted almost a month trying to get this company to simply fix a toilet and replace a simple garbage disposal. While thankfully I have a second toilet this is again the worst I have ever been treated by a service company. I now have had to start over and try to get another company scheduled in. Rowe Plumbing should be avoided, period. There are obviously issues going on in the company.

During the Feb. 2021 ice storm, my sewer decided to back up and overflowed black water onto our basement floor. The roads were iced over and I wasn't sure anyone would be able to come out. I called three places with the best reviews... one said flat out no way, and another one said they would call me back (which they did, but never gave an estimated time to come out). Clog Pro said that they were booked for the day but would call me back the next day between 8:30 and 10:00am. They called before 9:00 and estimated that someone could come out between 11:00 and 1:00, despite our power having gone out during the night. They called again just after 11:00 saying that they were on their way. Louis was able to quickly clear out the sewer line, check with video, and determine that the city had (10 years ago) replaced the pipe improperly in a way that caused slow buildup. When he was finished, he put everything back exactly as it was, including the washing machine that needed to be moved completely. I can't thank Louis and Clog Pro enough for their great work, attention to detail, timeliness, communication, and responsiveness when the city had shut down.

I work for a property management company and I had to ask Lovett plumbing to come out for a problem that was affecting an entire building after 6pm on a Sunday. They let me know they would send someone out and he would arrive within two hours. Anthony arrived after only one hour and immediately got to work. He had the problem solved that night and set us up with remediation the same night before leaving, didn't complain once and was professional and kind. Thanks for sending Anthony, Lovett!
