The pricing structure is not typical of plumbers. A flat rate or $460 to use the unclogging machine. Too bad it isn't hourly, but clearly it is the boon of this company.

Dante came out to fix what I thought was a clogged toilet. He then gave me bad news that it was likely my sewage pump that had gone bad, which meant not using any of our plumbing downstairs. Even worse news…I have 7 people coming to stay with us over the long holiday weekend and they’re all staying downstairs! Dante said he would do his best to call around and find another pump. He came back with good news and bad news. Bad news is no pump until the following week. Good news is he was able to fix the pump, which failed due a simple electrical issue. To top off my joy, Dante said they weren’t going to charge me anything!

Jason was great! My kitchen sink was really blocked. I could hardly run any water before it was just stuckn - and it took a bunch of time to finally drain. He not only fixed it for me, but made it work better so it's not likely to block again. I recomend him to anyone. On time, friendly, understanding, curtious, careful of the mess, and very effective. I'm quite happy with the results!

I had 2 HVAC system installed and was disappointment in the quality of the some of the work. Not everything was sealed , and the electrician took the easy way out of installing another electrical line , even though the tech from Apollo suggested it a different way, so it wouldn't look as bad. .

What we originally suspected to be a clogged kitchen pipe, unfortunately turned out to be a failed kitchen pipe.Our plumbing team was thoughtful in their explanation of our options moving forward. The gentleman were able to fix the problem in a timely manner and at a competitive rate. Each of our plumbers were kind, courteous, and clean, and turned an unpleasant experience into a manageable one.

These guys were great. The Inspection/estimate/bid for a new sewer line, was very clear, with no hidden costs involved. Edgar, Freddy and Jordan were a very personable crew. Very fun to work with. They paid attention to detail throughout the job. I knew things would proceed just fine after they showed initial concern for my street trees. Generally, I do all my plumbing myself, but I plan on contacting Cornel's, if the projects I have planned for this winter become to much for me.

Most amazing experience! A special thank you to Andrea and Eric!! I'm in SE Portland and tried to find someone local, but both were a bust. The first one took days to even commit to a 6 hour window (what!?), the other was concerned he wouldn't be able to quickly fix my problem but recommended I call Drain Pro...boy was I appreciative! I left a voicemail at night and received a call back early the next morning. Andrea said she had someone in my area and he could be at my house with in 30 minutes. No lie! Eric shows up in less than 30 minutes and fixes my problem with ease. Eric was super friendly and professional!! Same with Andrea! Excellent teamwork! I will definitely work with Drain Pro again.

I called these guys on the weekend for a clogged toilet at a rental unit, and dispatch took down my details for a tech right away. Jason was in the area and called me back in about 5 minutes! We talked some troubleshooting and he gave me an amazing deal for if I were to call back; which I did need to after all, we weren’t able to fix it ourselves. Jason came out in about 15 minutes after I called back and was done about 30-45 min later. Awesome service, very quick and professional and gave me an amazing deal. Friendly and courteous and quickly fixed the toilet. Would definitely recommend them!
