Best Rooter Service in Portland OR

We called 3 Mountains when our 1920's era tub drainage pipe began leaking catastrophically. It took a week to get them out here to assess the project and another 2 days to get it repaired, which is a long time without a shower, but both plumbers were professional and friendly. As with all plumbing repair jobs, it was more expensive than we were expecting, but overall it was a good experience and I'll use them again. I especially appreciated that they text a photo of the person you can expect, so you know the person you let in to your home is legitimate.

Complete sewer line replacement all the way out into the street. Work was completed and inspected in less than a day. I was given updates and photos of the work as it progressed. The crew was polite and professional.

Called them because my pipes froze and when I went under the house to unfreeze them I realized one was leaking. I wanted to get the pipe replaced. They did show up same day which was nice but basically told me there was nothing they could do (not really sure why) and it would either be $250 for him to just show up and do nothing, or another $150 for him to go in the crawl space and look at it. I didn't want to pay $250 for him to show up and leave so I went in the crawl space with him and pointed out where I knew it was leaking from, since this was hours since I'd defrosted it it was refrozen and not leaking, he took some pictures and left. Cost me almost $400, didn't offer to fix anything, just said he'd get me a quote next week about replumbing the whole house. Today the pipes unfroze and suprise its still broken in the exact spot I showed him. Now its gushing water and I had to shut off water to the whole house. Out $$ and still have the exact problem I called about. They're closed today so can't even get ahold of them to get them back out to fix the original problem. Feel ripped off.

Extremely overpriced. The man who came in to fix the problem was great, but a $500 minimum call-out charge feels criminal. Call someone else.

Mr Rooter came immediately to our rescue after discovering our sump pump had failed, resulting in 16 of water in the crawl space. They do not charge extra for service on weekends or after hours. Mr Rooter came back 4 times to address our situation without any additional charges. They have the highest integrity & best interest of the customer front and center.

No one likes to call a plumber but from now on if we do have to call one we will be calling CCP. They responded quickly. Dante was friendly and professional. He found the issue right away and told me what it would take to fix it. We had him do the work and haven't had an issue since. These guys were great! Highly recommended!

Can't say enough good things about these people. Twice I've had an issue that really made life tough, no heat and sewer backing up through floor drain.They were busy, put me on an emergency list, and got to me in hours instead of days to weeks. Each fix was under 100.00.The guys that showed up were nice, personable, easy going and made the process so easy.They truly care about their customers and are all around d good people. Will always call them first.Also want to add, when I had the heating issue I called 7 companies before Apollo. 1 put me on an emergency wait list and said it should be a fee days. The others never even called me back. Their wait list was weeks out. Apollo had my house warm in a couple of hours.If you need help you won't be sorry with these guys.Heart warming also, the tech needed a knife to cut weed barrier and was headed to his truck. I grabbed one from my tool bag to save him a trip. After he left, I remembered the new knife I'd handed him and thought he'd probably put it in a pocket for safe keeping and forgot about it. A couple days later I went by the tool bag and there was the knife, right where he saw me pull it from. That had me crying. Not a expensive item, but a priceless feeling.

Aaron Ceja, thank you for your incredible customer service. You have been so helpful. You've been patient and upfront with all costs and repairs that our sewer line requires. You've been on time to all the appointments and have called to tell us you're on the way. You've represented Rescue Rooter/Jack Howk professionally. The work on our home is yet to be done. If it's done as well as Aaron does his job, I will be extremely happy.EDIT: The work has been done and I am happy to say that it was done well and on time. Despite the work being more lengthy and difficult than initially expected, the total cost did not exceed the initial quote Aaron priovided. I would absolutely hire these guys again.

On time, professional and kind. Prices were not to bad either. I'd call them again if ever I had an issue that needed a professional!
