We had a plumber out because we were sure there was a backup. Drain Hound came out and It took him 5 hours of trying to find that out that our pipes had broken. He gave us this company as a recommendation, and we are so glad we did! This company is professional and polite, but best of all they are very knowledgeable and fast! Fixed and back up and draining in 1 and 3/4 days. Great company and even gave us a military discount!

I was totally overwhelmed starting with a knock on the door from a water district employee, telling me I had a major leak in my main line. I remembered my late husband telling me if I need plumbing help to call Ty Sutherland from Sutherland Plumbing. So I did! He was out within a day, explained everything to me, gave me two options, took the time to explain it again to my son. They had to put a new line in and they had it finished within 4 hours! Two weeks later, I had another major water issue at a home out of town and I called Ty once again. He came all the way out to look at the problem and gave me a recommendation on how to go about fixing the issue. In this day and age, it’s hard to find someone goes out of their way to help, is straight up, honest, kind and very reasonable repair costs. I will never use anyone else for any plumbing issue.

Terry was a FANTASTIC person to deal with when you have a clogged toilet. He was kind, professional, clean, and a joy to chat with. He even gave out tips to keep this inconvenience from happening again. I’d call Terry back in a heart beat. Just Wish plumbing issues weren’t so expensive but regardless I have a working toilet after a friendly visit.

PEX did a complete repipe of my house. Good quality work, excellent communication throughout the project. Fair price. Brought a four person team and did it all in one day. Highly recommend.

I just had dante and robbie fix a damaged and leaking pipe and outside faucet at my home. They were very professional and respectful of my home (they wore covers on their shoes) and keeping it clean. He did a very good job on the furnace and air-conditioning checked everything out found the leak behind the water heater. He explained everything to me and I understood what he meant and now I am going to get a new water heater after I get home thank you he did an excellent job

Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.

Excellent service from Tucker, he was very professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with an issue with our bathtub. I would absolutely use Mr. Rooter again because of Tucker.

My first choice plumber (Craig Anderson) had retired and sold his business to Green Box Mechanical. I called them for an appointment to replace the floater in my toilet tank. Alex arrived at my house on time. After assessing the problem, he went to work immediately and explained the steps he was taking. Toward the end of the job, he noted that the water tank was loose--my house was built in the early 1950's--and told me he would rebuild it without additional charge. He replaced ALL the insides of the water tank--I noted that a previous plumber replaced just the flapper two years ago but not the floater; of course I did not call that particular plumbing company. I would definitely call them again--also learned they do other things besides plumbing. The person they sent, Alex, was the kind of professional I wish every service provided.

Joseph Qualls came in to fix the sink at our day program and truly went above and beyond. One of our participants was very interested in his work and he allowed them to watch and even explained some of the process to them. Once the sink was fixed at the end of the day I went to clean the dishes that had pilled up and Joseph was already happily working on them! Thank you for your hard work and the respect you showed to our DSA program participants.

I got same day service at a reasonable price based on a special offer I received by email. The service was great and they were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with.

I received a call today saying that a technician was in my neighborhood even though my appointment was scheduled out another 2 weeks. Josh, the tech, was great. He surveyed the problem and laid out the best options. He never made me feel like he was trying to upsell something or go a more expensive route. He laid out that he might not be able to successfully snake my drain, but then ultimately did. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I will be a repeat customer.

Vincelli Plumbing was the only plumbing business to answer their phone during our emergency call! Our washing machine was leaking water out of the hoses. My husband turned off the water main to stop the leak. So, no water, no sinks, no toilets.
Only one 24 hour emergency plumbing service answered the phone, but could not send anyone out. I made about 25 calls to try to get plumbing service, then I found Vincelli Plumbing. Thank goodness!!!! He saved the day and fixed the water supply line and did not charge extra for the rushed service. I offered to pay him double just to get him to squeeze us into his sechedule. He refused the extra money and insisted on charging us his regular rate. His rates are very reasonable and his knowledge and expertise are superior. I give him 100 stars! From now on, he is the only plumber we will ever use!!!

I've gone through his services via Choice Home Warranty for a leaking Garbage Disposal issue. I had to go through so much of pain dealing with him. He neither responds to customers timely nor stand by his commitments. At the same time, he's extremely rude... at one point of time, he said if he should steal something from a store.

Bought a water heater from Home Depot that took awhile to be delivered due to low stock, scheduled Fast to install. The quote ended up being very close to the final cost so no surprises even though the new water heater dimensions were slightly different than what we currently had. Scheduling was quick and the installers were great, they hauled the old one away and no issues with our new carpeting (even had to go up/down carpeted stairs). Highly recommended.
