they were very prompt to respond and schedule a time. They had an opportunity to show up even earlier than I expected. They listened well ran through a check of the system pretty comprehensively. My unit needed to be replaced they had the pieces available and whatever else they needed another member of the team showed up quickly with a whole replacement unit and they put it in right away. We utilized this company for a real estate transaction and they were able to scope out the sewers. However, when we asked them to also scope the rain drains we did not hear anything for several days. When we asked for a report they sent us a blurry hand drawn photo. After repeated requests for a report I finally called the office manager Cindi. Cindi did not know how to upload videos via e-mail nor had she checked any of her recent company e-mails. At this point David decided to very rudely respond back to myself and our realtor. Take your business elsewhere.

A few weeks ago Chris came out to give us a quote for waste line replacement. He took the time to explain what he saw, how he would fix it, and I felt he gave us an honest recommendation. Eddie, Alex, and Chris did the work over two days. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. The day after the job was done we gave ProLine a call because we were still having an issue. Eddie and Chris came back out right away to take a peek. I will definitely be calling ProLine again when I need to replace my water intake pipes. Highly recommend!

Andrew was my plumber. He treated me right ....... an honest guy. I thought that I needed to replace my garbage disposal. Andrew looked it over .............. tightened some fittings and tested it out. Total fix and at a fare price.

We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.

A friend has a busted water line, and so I quickly recommended Cornel's. I had a great experience with them on my house last summer -- posted a review on another site, and so wanted to repost that here now.

These guys are fantastic! Cornel's plumbing is *exactly* the kind of company you hope to find when you need help. Our job this past summer took an unexpected twist, but they stuck with their original bid and got the work done well.

We were moving out, and the inspection's sewer scope showed an issue somewhere rather deep (~14 feet deep) towards the front of our property beneath the sidewalk. We needed work to be done very quickly to meet the target closing date, which put us in a position of need of which a lot of companies may try to take advantage. Not Cornel's. They made my problem their problem and saw it through.

With services crisscrossing the area, it was difficult to pinpoint the repair location (same from all contractors we had bid). A very friendly young man (Joshua) came out, went over the knowns and unknown aspects of the job, and gave us a very competitive bid.

Edgar led the work crew and was very helpful in explaining everything that the team would do to our property, how they would do it safely, and how they would clean things up when done. If we ever had another job that needs to be done, I know that I want Edgar running that crew.

The deep location of our spot repair ended up requiring an additional hole to be dug under our neighbor's yard. They worked with the neighbor to gain access and were very courteous and careful with the work they did. After the repair was completed, they buttoned up the hole nicely, cleaned up the dirt and laid down new grass seed. They even took care of repairing a segment of the sidewalk in front of the neighbor's house while they filled in the first hole for us and poured the concrete. Our neighbors were impressed!

And not only that, they completed all of this work and didn't charge beyond the original bid amount! I am sure the other companies that bid would have charged me extra for the extended time and the additional hole to be dug. Cornel's stuck to the price and stuck to their word.

I never once had the feeling of getting screwed over or taken advantage of while in a vulnerable position of need like moving out. I've told all my friends about these guys, and they were all impressed. Friendly, courteous, professional work with great value. Exactly what you want.

Now in our new house, I'll reach out to these guys first for any needs.
