Can't recommend them highly enough. We've been using Sutherland for years. They've done everything for us from fix a leaking graywater pipe in the crawlspace, to install a new toilet and sink, to replace a leaking hose bib, to upgrade all of the turnoff valves on the sinks so we'd actually be able to use them in case of emergency. We call them every single time because they are courteous, knowledgeable, and fair with their pricing while also making sure you get the highest quality materials that won't break again in the future. I like how you can communicate with them via text before your scheduled time because they work hard to collect any necessary information IN ADVANCE of the visit, so they don't show up without the parts they need. I had a pipe leaking in my garage and it was causing water damage to my house. I had no idea what the source was, so I called Yuriy and he found the leak right away and fixed it promptly. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and how cleanly he fixed the leak, and cleaned up after himself afterwards. Would highly recommend anyone to hire P1 Plumbing for any plumbing repairs you need!

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

The BEST!!! Our water main broke on a busy Friday afternoon so we frantically called anyone we could find to get to us right away. That turned out to be a disaster! Once they turned the water off and left we were able to calm down & gather our thoughts We started to look at other options and RATINGS. Nick wasted no time and came out to assess the situation first thing the next morning (Sat). He was so friendly, polite, and understood our situation perfectly. He really is such a great guy and very professional. He had the situation under control and completely taken care of within just a few days. His timing, professionalism, and care were so far above what we expected. I just cannot recommend Pacific Crest enough!

I recently used Park Place Plumbing and it was the best experience I’ve had with a plumbing company in a long time. Mike was a true professional. Mike made sure I understood everything that was going on and my options to resolve my problem. I have had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers in the past and Mike was the opposite, he was great! He was clean, thorough, patient, and because I understood what he was doing, ( because he took so much time making sure I understood) I felt the price I paid for his services was more than fair. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, and Park place Plumbing. I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs from now on and I suggest you do the same.

So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k...

Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.

Julio and the rest of the JAM team were very responsive over the July 4th holiday weekend and came and replaced a section of pipe within a day of us contacting them. We will definitely call them for future plumbing issues.

Tech came within the arrival window, discussed my clogged gutterdrain pipe, and cleared the clog in short order. Cost did not seem excessive. I would use again.
