I am so happy I found Sutherland Plumbing. We've had them out for a couple of jobs before (replacing an ancient water heater, installing a pressure valve on our supply line) and they just came through again for us.

We had a tile company out to install a new bathroom floor and in the demo yesterday, we found that the toilet had been leaking. In addition the supply line valve wouldn't close completely so we had water continuing to leak. They sent Sean out here the next day and he not only fixed the leaking valve, but also figured out a sturdy, temporary way to install the toilet on the subfloor while also raising the flange so that it will be the appropriate height once the tile is installed.

We only have one bathroom in our house so if he hadn't been willing/able to make it work, we would have no toilet until we could get the tile installers back out.

I have confidence in the work they do, which is really important as I plan to live in this house for the long haul and I want things done correctly. Plus, everyone I've dealt with has been really nice and they explain things to me that are helpful to know as a home owner (without treating me like I should already know these things). They have earned my loyalty.

Roto-Rooter answered my call right away and were willing to come within hours of my call when other local plumbers were scheduled out for more than a week. Abe, our technician was prompt and professional. He listened to the issue and gave a quote and guarantee and got to work. The backed up sink I had tried to snake with no progress for more than a day was cleared out to the sewer line. Great experience and work the cost. Will definitely call again.

Recently, I had a big problem with my bedroom toilet from roots. I called Burfitt Plumbing and was very fortunate how fast the technician took care of the problem. The guy ROCKED!

He was very informative, explained everything he was doing, and answered all of my questions. The price was well worth it.

Everything was easy and professionally handled from my call being taken and handled by their scheduler Mia to the time of and completion of the appointment. Kevin was our drain tech. He was on time, clean, very kind and had good communication about what he believed the problem was and the possible ways to fix it. Also, we had multiple things to be looked at and in no way were were made to feel rushed. So far things seem to be fixed:)

We are new homeowners who unfortunately inherited a surprise mess of plumbing issues that weren’t discovered during inspection.
