Tony is a great guy: he’s friendly communicative, always looking to help, and wanting to do a good job to it’s completion. There are probably more I could say, but I could only be around him for a limited amount of time. I’d probably hang out with him if he wasn’t working in which I would comment more positive attributes. I had tree roots growing in my street line about 50 feet down the sewer line which were cleared (see photo). These guys are dedicated and know what they’re doing when it comes to clearing a sewer drain

Oh man! This guy was a life saver! The price was ALOT better then the multiple other places I called! He was super friendly and professional. He explained everything that was going on, very easy to talk too. He had what I thought was a crisis completed within 30 minutes! I literally could not have asked for a better plumber he was friendly professional and not annoyed by my nosey dog. Honestly I am a female in her twenties and to find someone to work on my house that is professional and explain things to me while not making me feel like I'm getting taken advantage of is a big plus to me and he really just was great about explaining everything and also the price was amazing because every other place I called was trying to tack on all of this unnecessary things and he was honest and just appreciated how nice he was.

We called River City Environmental a few years ago with septic tank problems at our office building backed up. They listened, made a quote, and stuck to it. They did a great job of repairing the system. They have been with us ever since. Thanks!

Mario was awesome. We were having gutters put in and needed an outside drain cap cut off in a hurry for a new downspout. We could not find a soul to do that. This was a dinky job but he did it anyway and quickly. He also gave us advice that saved us a huge headache and a ton of money had we listened to another company. Plus, he was just so pleasant and professional. We would hire him for any larger job in a heartbeat. Thanks Mario simply for being blunt and honest!

Waited just a few hours for service. Faster than expected. Jeremy was a rockstar. Competent, confident, and courteous. Within minutes after arriving, I was informed what the likely problem is, what the likely solution is, and the cost. I was informed of progress continuously. Jeremy was happy to answer all my questions and provided insightful consultation. This is our 4th time using Mr Rooter over many years. Definitely using them again next time!

Having used Clark County Plumbing a couple times now, both with good results, I would gladly recommend them. They are very easy to communicate with and stand behind their work. No one is thrilled about having to call a plumber, but when you need to, it's nice to have a resource like Mike and his team that is trustworthy and knowledgeable.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

The work they did was actually good, just pay them ahead of time. We had services rendered yesterday at 3PM and my wife has been receiving calls threatening a lien on our house by 3PM today. Maybe I am wrong, but that seems A LITTLE DRASTIC after 24 hours...

Technician was very nice and professional, provided a quote right away. Unclothed the main pipe in a couple of hours. Money well spent. I am very pleased with the service.

I needed a broken pipe replaced under my kitchen sink in a hurry. I called to make an appointment, and the plumber was there within a few hours. The price was fair, the work was done well, and the person was very courteous. I have a new place to call for home repairs!

We have no problem at all with the service given as it was done very well, a 15 minute repair that took 90 minutes.The repair man tried to sell us a new hot water heater and talked for half hour about other things. We were charged over $600 for the repair. We had already cut out the plaster board and had every thing ready for him. Maybe this is their going rate but I thought it was excessive for the work done. I questioned it but was assured it was correct.

They fixed a small issue I had, and educated me during the process. Gave me tips on what to look out for and how to save money. Another time, I had a different company come in to tell me I needed to replace some pipes and was quoted at $3500. Got a second opinion from Rowe plumbing, who ended up fixing the problem without having to replace anything. Potentially saved me thousands. This company seems to put the customer first.
