I can’t believe I was charged the same price to have the work done as I was to be told by the tech that there was nothing he could do. How is it the same price to see you can’t do a job as it is to do the job. That makes no sense. I will never use your company again

I just had dante and robbie fix a damaged and leaking pipe and outside faucet at my home. They were very professional and respectful of my home (they wore covers on their shoes) and keeping it clean. We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.

Kitchen sink backed up along with bathroom bathtub (ick).Contacted Mr. ROoter Friday evening and scheduled an early Saturday morning visit. Tech arrived as planned. Very personable and hard working. Our issue was more complex than expected and 4 hours later the clog was pushed through and cleared.

I called 8 local electricians needing same-day service. 3 got back to me. 1 tried to schedule me 2 wks out. Green Box provided same day service. Everything works great now! Only issue was a brief scheduling snaffu re: who would show up when.

I was more than surprised to find a live rat in my toilet the other night. For obvious reasons, I freaked out! The staff immediately responded. Sara who books appointments was wonderful and brought some sense a humor to the situation. Eric Buckner came shortly thereafter to resolve the issue. Fortunately it had left the scene by the time he arrived. He scoped out the drain and was able to locate the dead rat and pushed it back to the city with his camera. A bit disturbing that it came from our city line and could happen again but apparently it is very rare. Eric also provided the video of the scoping which is great to have for future reference.The response was very prompt, and the staff was very helpful, and the price was reasonable. Very professional and enjoyable to work with. They replaced a sewer line and solved a complex drain pipe situation on our property. Work was done with minimal impact to the property and wrapped up in a single day.

Hired Grumpy's Drains to come and hydro-jet and scope our downspout/rain drain that I found out was cut and had root intrusion problems. The damage caused by the large roots turned out to be too severe and Keith wasn't able to get it unclogged. That being said, he was able to clean out the rest of the line and was professional, friendly and very helpful with a few suggestions about how we should fix the pipe. Would definitely recommend Grumpy's Drains.

Know in advance what to expect from this firm, hard to confirm appointments and job estimates differ from other firms. Although, very nice owners.
