The whole experience with three mountain plumbing was exceptional. Each person I talk to along the way was very informative professional and nice. Tony called me before he came and gave me an ETA. I was told that I get to make all the decisions along the way. Pertaining to job and payment amount. I felt really comfortable through the whole experience. I will only call three mountain plumbing for my needs going forward.

But fees are too high in my opinion. And they charge just to come check something out. Even if they were the ones who did the service a couple weeks before. You get a year workmanship warranty from them. But if you have any questions or concerns. They'll charge you to come take a look. And you will only not be charged IF they found a problem that they can't say isn't from them.
I don't agree with how they deal with their business. Of course it's nice for them as a company but you feel cheated out of your money as a customer.
Also unfortunately you have to be available in a 4 hour window. You can't schedule a time any closer, but you can call like an hour before your scheduled 4 hour window and see when they will arrive approximately.

Id only recommend them if you have an emergency and there isn't any other services available. I believe they are available 24 hrs a day for emergencies. Their prices are only worth it if it is an emergency imo.

I had a heavy oil spill from a fuel tanker accident. I called River City Environmental for emergency service. I thought the emergency service was going cost me much more I was charged. I am glad we called River City.

After trying several plumbers I finally found one that would not only reply but would take care of my issue. All I wanted was a replacement drinking fountain. Chris came out and gave me an estimate, which was reasonable. The fountain was installed one week later. Quite impressive. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter.

Steve (owner) was able to come out to clear our drains on the same day I called him. Not only did he fix the clogs in our kitchen sink and dishwasher and bathroom tub, but he also fixed the plumbing under our sink that was leaking. Overall, a super friendly and helpful guy.

I've been working with Clark Co. Plumbing on a variety of home plumbing projects over the last 5 years and have always been happy with their work. I recently had an outdoor spigot they installed 3 years ago stop working and need to be replaced. Even though it was past the one year warranty they worked with the manufacturer to cover the cost of the replacement parts and they covered the cost of labor as well. I appreciate working with a company that stands by their work and takes into account the years we've worked together.

We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.

Greenhouse mechanical installed some electrical switches and GFI's for me. They also rewired an existing homemade wiring job. They were professional, on time, explained everything, and great to work with. I highly recommend them. I feel safer in my home now.

Tristan was my technician - he came out on a Sunday, diagnosed my problem and had it fixed by Tuesday morning. Tristan was so kind and knowledgeable and walked me through everything he did. I will absolutely use Apollo again and I will request Tristan every time. Thank you all for your awesome service and quick response. I should add that my furnace couldn’t be fixed on Sunday because a part needed to be ordered but to ensure my Dad and I didn’t go without heat Tristan left me two space heaters that kept us perfectly warm until the repair was done. What an amazing act of kindness!!

Great service, problem solved! I had attempted the plumbing trade myself and accidentally flushed a 25 foot plumbing snake (not to be used on toilets, yet I did anyway) down my drain. Fearing the dreaded back-up sewer overflow, I called Rowe Plumbing. They were very communicative, confirmed the appointment, were punctual, professional, and had the 25ft plumbing snake out of my drain system in less than an hour for a fair price. Kent arrived at 8am and the window was 8 to 10am, he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Very nice and knowledgeable! I signed up for the service plan just because of the service Kent provided. 2 thumbs way up!!

I couldn't be happier. Had a clog in my tub, mainly due to my cat throwing things down the drain, and gave Grumpy's a call. I got a call back within 45 minutes APOLOGIZING for not calling me back sooner. And an appointment the next morning at 9am.

Both the woman on the phone, and the man who came out to do the work (husband and wife) were efficient and helpful, the work was done quickly, and he even showed me how to pull some parts off my tub and take a look myself next time so I don't have to call him.

I honestly don't know what unclogging a drain costs, but Grumpy's charges a flat rate to get it done however long it takes. Knowing the cost up front made this far more pleasant for me.
