Scheduling person was super helpful, informative, and got us on the schedule for Wed to unclog our kitchen drain, placed us on the waitlist for Tues. All communication was spot on. Both Andrea and Corey arrived, were totally professional and friendly. They got right to work and cleared the drain, advised some extra steps to keep it clear, and even replaced a cap that we had accidentally chipped on the cleanout valve. Price as advertised and discussed in advance. All in all a great team, did a good job on our old clogged pipe.

A root ball was detected during an inspection for the sale of our house. Sewer Renewal Specialists was very prompt in their response for an estimate and very thorough as they explained the repairs needed. Their warranty was also far better than others we reviewed.

Jose and Taylor showed up very promptly on the scheduled day and went right to work. They did a great job of communicating as they progressed through the work. They completed it timely and did a great job of finishing the project.

No one wants to have sewer work done, but if you find yourself needing it I highly recommend Sewer Renewal Specialists.

Fantastic experience with a tricky install in an older house

I had a heavy oil spill from a fuel tanker accident. I called River City Environmental for emergency service. I thought the emergency service was going cost me much more I was charged. I am glad we called River City.

It was quick and easy to make an appointment, and Zach arrived in a timely manner. He was neat and polite, and I really enjoyed his company during his time here. He worked quickly, talked me through everything he was doing, and then suggested I return the snake I had gotten (expertly) stuck in the drain - which was successfully returned! I will absolutely be calling them again, and hope that next time Zach will be the one to help! He answered all of my questions, and then some. Great customer service, and reasonably priced all around. Thank you!!

Fast and reliable service, and a fair price! They were friendly and explained what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. If I ever need a plumber again, they will be my first call.

No one likes to call a plumber but from now on if we do have to call one we will be calling CCP. They responded quickly. Dante was friendly and professional. He found the issue right away and told me what it would take to fix it. We had him do the work and haven't had an issue since. These guys were great! Highly recommended!

We decided to go with them to do our work. It helped that they were rated at the top of 10 best plumbers in Portland. My wife was pleased with their service due mostly to Justin’s caring and sensitive spirit.

Hired Grumpy's Drains to come and hydro-jet and scope our downspout/rain drain that I found out was cut and had root intrusion problems. The damage caused by the large roots turned out to be too severe and Keith wasn't able to get it unclogged. That being said, he was able to clean out the rest of the line and was professional, friendly and very helpful with a few suggestions about how we should fix the pipe. Would definitely recommend Grumpy's Drains.

Know in advance what to expect from this firm, hard to confirm appointments and job estimates differ from other firms. Although, very nice owners.
