These folks came out to do an assessment and quote for my home warranty company. I'm giving 4 stars despite their astronomical quote which was almost 3x what another company quoted for the exact same job (total re-plumb of my 700 sq ft house) because the person I dealt with, Dustin, was on time, polite, had a positive attitude, and they did what they said they would do with no nudging needed by me. I'm not able to afford their services, but if I had the money, I would go with them because they seem competent and like they actually want to do their jobs, which is weirdly hard to find in Portland-area contractors.

I’m not sure why my experience was so different than the other reviewers. It might be because this was part of a repiping project for an entire condo complex? I own one of the condos and on the first day, I came home to my place completely torn apart to the point where it was almost unlivable. Stuff was piled on my bed and things were spilled. I am very tidy and organized so this was difficult for me. During the process there were multiple leaks that I was told were fixed, but continued to come back. Then they closed the ceilings/wall and didn’t put anything back in place. I they tried to put some sliding pantry doors back, but did it wrong and I had to fix it. It took hours to get everything back. Then a month later, I had a leak in my ceiling. I can’t speak to the cost or communication as this was handled by my property manager/HOA. But it has been a difficult and frustrating process to say the least. I’m glad they have been better for others.

I've been using Pro Plumb for about 8 years at this point at two different jobs and have always had a great experience. Fantastic employees, awesome service and fair pricing. Will continue to call them first for any plumbing jobs I have.

Steve is the first and only rooter person you need to call. He was referred by another plumber and that says a lot right there. He is professional, hard working, and has very reasonable pricing. Unlike other plumbers I've used in the past that'll charge you just to show up.
He also cleared a drain for my wife's practice and was more than half the costs of the last plumber who spent less time and couldn't clear the same drain.
I would give him 6 Stars if possible.

Andrew was my plumber. He treated me right ....... an honest guy. I thought that I needed to replace my garbage disposal. Andrew looked it over .............. tightened some fittings and tested it out. Total fix and at a fare price.

Great service, respectful, friendly, fast, good price. What more can you ask for in a plumber? Alan at AllPro was great today. This is the second time I have used AllPro and will definitely call them again.

This was an emergency repair, it did take a while to get parts but that was expected. The technician was very good at explaining the problem.

Looking for a plumber to help repair toilet that needed a new flow valve. Read Doug’s reviews and sent him an email. He responded right away and since it was not an emergency we came to a date that worked for both of us. He was right on time, actually a few minutes early, and listened to the noise the toilet was making. He had 2 flow valves on hand and we talked about the pros and cons of each. I picked one out and he went to work installing it. When it was installed he showed me the valve that can be used to increase or decrease the water in the bowl, something that we did not have with old flow valve. We talked about a couple of other plumbing items, such as quarter turn vs full turn water shut off valves. I felt that Doug’s price was reasonable and he was able to complete the job quickly and correctly. He also provided a 1 year warranty on his work. I would use Doug again for my plumbing needs.

So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k...

Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.

Louis with Clog Pro quickly located our clog in the sewer main and determine the best way to fix it. He was fast, professional, and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend his expertise.

On Sunday morning of Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I heard a noise in my wall. A pipe rattling. Tried to find source, but everything appeared fine. However, when I looked at my water meter, the counter was ZOOMING. I shut off the water to my duplex - which meant neither I nor my tenants had water. I started calling plumbers who's websites promised 24/7 service. For the first 15 calls, I got: no answer, voice mail, or hesitant promises to send someone in a few days. I finally called Pauls. Josh answered my call and came on a holiday weekend! He found several inches of water in crawlspace. He explained the water would have to be removed before repairs could be made. When the crawl space was dried out, Ben and his apprentice came, found the problem, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I'd recommend Pauls Plumbing to anyone.

I called on a Monday when after three hours of trying to unclog the bathtub drain myself I had no luck and I think I made it worse Portland Mechanical gave me some free advice about what else I could try, so that they wouldn't have to send someone out and charge me. What other plumber would do that? None that I know of except for these guys! Anyhow, his advice did help, but the bathtub was still clogged and he sent someone out within a couple of hours. Bathtub is now unclogged and working great! Very nice and reasonable for coming out on a early Monday!!! Very Helpful Plumber! Call you will not be disappointed.
