Two days later my sewer is fixed. I was stressed thinking maybe I would be without water for 2 days. Once he started he said only a few hours I would be without water. So thank you! Both times we've used Mr. Rooter the service and experience has been great. They arrive on time. They know what they're doing and everything was just as they said. Head and shoulders above any other plumber in Portland we've used on our home or rental properties for repairs.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Appointment was made over the phone with a live person that spoke perfect English. 10 minutes before they arrived I received a text indicating they were just 10min away. Johnny arrived and got right to work. Evaluating the situation and reviewing the faucet we had to replaced. On the phone an estimate of 1hr was given to me with the rates. Johnny prepped the area to work. Kept his tools close by as he worked. Showed me the things I should keep and things I can dispose. 54min later (6min ahead of estimated time) he was finished. Charged my credit card the estimated rate and all were happy especially my wife

Central Air was amazing on fitting me in during a very cold season as this is always unexpected. John my technition was a great problem solver and both John and the company exceeded my expectations on all levels. I would recommend Central Air to everyone in need. Exactly what you want in a plumbing company. Trustworthy, honest, punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. We needed a faucet installed in the basement along with a washer/dryer hookup. Bob provided great advice, did great work, and charged a reasonable price that was significantly lower than bids we received from larger companies.

We had a motel production washer that had a backflow clog in the pipe. Tech responded immediately to my call for service and came out within a couple of hours. He was professional, wore his PPE throughout the service, explained what the issue was and discussed thoroughly with me what the process would entail. When finished he made recommendations for further service that would help prevent a repeat of that particular issue. Really like these guys! Thanks so much Mr. Rooter!

I had, a fowl leak in my crawl space, it took a little communication, but with the help of Pauls team. The problem has been solved. A professional, and ethical company.
