I'll start with the fact that he owns his own business and he takes great pride in his work. He responded to our message about our leaking water heater within a couple hours! Joe shared with us all the information we needed to make a decision (no pressure or sly sales tricks) and he came out the following morning! He's honest, knowledgeable, fast, and pays attention to detail. Our house was back in working order in no time. He offered affordable prices and was pleasant to work with. He will be our go-to guy for anything water heater related and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Technician John A worked quite efficiently. The work was done neatly. He seemed quite happy to explain what he was doing and why while I lurked and watched over his shoulder. I enjoy watching a true craftsman. When he was finished, he left everything cleaner and neater than it had been before he arrived. I will call All Pro again if and when I need additional plumbing services.

We’ve used Greenbox mechanical for several projects around our house. From installing a bathroom fan, pantry lighting, a new dryer vent, a utility sink and recently fixing a leak in our outdoor hose spigot. No matter the job they are super professional, friendly, responsive and always on time and not to mention affordable with competitive pricing. We’ll definitely be using them for any future projects around our house.

I am pleased to write a review for Apollo Plumbing and Heating. On Friday at noon on the 4th of July week-end, the sewer backed up into the toilet and showers of our home. A neighbor had suggested I call Apollo. From the moment Jennifer the receptionist answered the telephone, I knew I was in good hands. She assured me that help would be on the way and I should expect a service call between 1:00-5:00 that afternoon. At 2:00, Daniel called to say he was on his way and 10 minutes later he arrived. He was professional from start to finish. He explained everything thoroughly and took care of the situation quickly and efficiently. I am grateful to the company for their speedy response and taking care of a nasty situation on a busy holiday week-end. THANK YOU!

I am writing this due to an extreme lack of service I haven’t ever experienced before. I started with my contact via a request though the company’s website. The response was “we will get back to you as soon as we can to schedule an appointment”. After almost 10 days I called the company. The man who answered sounded unconcerned I has submitted this request and not heard back. He just said do you want to schedule a call by one of their plumbers and I said yes. They did not have a day available for almost another 2 weeks, but I set that day for the call. As is typical they give you a range to be at home for the plumber (12-4PM). A week prior to that day I called to relate I wanted to add a garbage disposal repair to the toilet repair request that was my original request. I asked if it would help their process for me to get them part numbers or product names, and the man related “no, they are ready to repair anything”. On the day of my appointment I waited until 3PM, and as I had not seen nor heard from anyone I called the company. The man who answered didn’t seem concerned I hadn’t heard, but said they were “having some difficulties”. He went on to say regardless there would be someone coming, they were just running late. A few minutes before 5PM I called again and got a voice mail stating they were either on the phone or it was after 5PM. I left a message saying I had been waiting since noon and needed to plan if there was indeed someone still going to come by. I never received a call back. I waited to be sure until 7PM. The next day I also never received a call all day....nor the following day. This is the most ignored I have been by a service company in my life, and in multiple ways. I have now wasted almost a month trying to get this company to simply fix a toilet and replace a simple garbage disposal. While thankfully I have a second toilet this is again the worst I have ever been treated by a service company. I now have had to start over and try to get another company scheduled in. Rowe Plumbing should be avoided, period. There are obviously issues going on in the company.

I've used Derek and Garden Home Plumbing probably 8 times across 3 homes and have been very happy every time. Derek does great work and his pricing is very competitive.

I have had terrible water pressure since I bought my house 5 years ago. It took forever for the water to run warm anywhere-we just got used to that. After my house was re-piped, the difference is incredible! I am so thrilled to have had this project completed and I will refer My Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs.
The crew that worked on my house were professional, thorough and most important to me: ON TIME!
Additionally, they found a ring behind my bathroom vanity that is very special to my mom and she is beyond excited to have it recovered. ☺
