Complete sewer line replacement all the way out into the street. Work was completed and inspected in less than a day. I was given updates and photos of the work as it progressed. The crew was polite and professional.

When we had need of a plumber to come fix a leaking and rotted out pipe underneath our tub Proline Plumbing was the first plumbing company to respond and set up a time to come check it out. Our crawlspace is fairly inaccessible but that didn't stop their amazing technician from suiting up and getting in as far as they could to assess the damage and provide great pictures. They came up with a great plan and when it came time for the service to be done it was done excellently and very professionally. I highly recommend Proline.

Mr. Rooter helped us immediately ensure the right water was disconnected to prevent a flood. Our expert Plumber, Aisha, came first thing and diagnosed the problem and offered multiple solutions. As usual, Mr. Rooter ensured that our household plumbing issue was treated with urgency, care and all team members were fabulous experts.

Called on the morning of December 24th with a burst pipe. They scheduled the repair for Xmas morning. Xmas morning they left a voicemail saying, We don't have a plumber available to do that so we cancelled your appointment. At that point, everyone was closed for the 25th and 26th. Here on the 27th, everyone is backlogged. So we're dealing with numerous days with no toilet, shower, sink, including Xmas day. If they had just told us they couldn't do it when we first called, we would have found someone else.

We called Rowe Plumbing after our homeowners insurance denied our claim to fix our leaking shower. We only noticed the leak once it started dripping into our kitchen sink. Tim came out and inspected - long story - we have 3 shower fixtures above the kitchen. He was able to schedule for the following Monday. Mid-repairs he brought me good news of being able to save us $500. We are very appreciative of his honesty.

Solved my problem that another major plumber would not touch. Also fixed a code violation in the other plumbers work. Did really clean work and gave me possible alternatives. Cornel's plumbing will get my future business.
