I've used Roto-Rooter for decades. Today, Roto-Rooter was not able to help me but recommended 3 Mountains Plumbing. Brooks was fantastic. He was professional and really knew what he was doing. The company was great to work with. I will be using 3 Mountains Plumbing from now on. Thank you.

Think again and again before you call this company

Scheduling:
The schedule window they force you to wait is 4 hours and the plumber never contacts me before he comes.

Pricing:
Requested a plumber to come to install a pressure release pipe to my water heater which is $69 for the on-site fee and $125 for the material and installation fee. After the guy came out, looked for 3 mins, and told me the pipe needed to go outside of the house (even though I told him what I need and want), afterward, I received a bill for a $69 on-site fee, $75 diagnostic fee (for 3 mins that he looks), and $289 installation + material fee.

Conclusion:
Expect to wait at least 3+ hours for someone to show up without notice and expect you will be paying at least twice much when you receive your bill no matter what your quote is

Our toilets were bubbling. We were using a natural solution to try to clear the problem, but we live in the middle of open fields that were flooding. We got in touch with River City Environmental. They came and drained the septic system. They told us that if we would have waited much longer, we would have had to replace the whole system. Thank you for your help.

These men are absolute ANGELS!!! We had a plumbing disaster. Main sewer line was broke and it was just a mess!!! Rob, Tai, and Robbie came to the rescue. They were beyond amazing. It at one point seemed to be unrepairable but Rob is clearly more than a master at his craft. I’m still in Awe at the work that was done. But what I’m most thankful for and astonished by is the true honesty this company withholds. When you have a MASIVE problem with plumbing you’ll do just about anything to get it fixed. Rob is a stand up guy. Honest, real and genuinely wanted to fix the problem. And HE did! He did it quick, clean and to perfection. And he was HONEST!! I can’t thank you men enough for what you did for my family. Honestly from the bottom of this momma’s heart THANK YOU!!! I’d give you 100 stars if I could.

Technician Arin (Tech# 0190) came to our house right on time. Arin wore a mask all the time and fixed our bathroom sink shut-off valve leak in 5 min. While we asked if the shut valve needs to be replaced, Arin gave us an answer that it is not necessary since this valve is typically fixed without on/off all the time. Only a minimum fee of $69 was charged (Instead of changing the valve and charging more). Honest, professional, and knowledgeable person. Great job. ☺

When looking for repairs to you home honesty is the most important thing. I have done business with him three different times in less than a year. He has always taken time for me and delivered on what he said he would do.

Saturday, same day service. They had availability, contacts as promised, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed, reviewed options and got to work. Clean and thorough service. Cost effective.

So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k...

Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.

Tanner did a great job in finding our water leak. He inspected the plumbing in our house first and then inspected the water line outside. He pinpointed the problem in our water line outside after various tests. A job well done!

THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. DO NOT USE.I called to have someone come out to unclog 2 drains, knowing that the company charges an estimate fee of $119 that is waived if you use them for the service. The estimate they gave me for unclogging the two drains, was $740. When I asked why the price was so much higher than I had ever paid before, the plumber said a bunch of stuff about supply chain, Covid, etc. I figured maybe that was true, and it has been many years since I have had to hire a plumber, didn't want to lose the $119, and it was somewhat urgent, so went ahead with the service. I called around afterward and found out that drain repair should be MUCH less, it's still on average around $150/drain. When I called D&F to complain, they said their customer service team was all in a meeting and they'd call me back by the end of the day -- which of course did not happen. I now see many similar reviews for the company on Yelp and Google.

We had Patrick out to install our new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal in our renovated kitchen. He did an excellent job and was quick, professional, and very personable. He was also very understanding of our limited budget and was kind enough to give us advice on where we could save money on the project. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling them in the future.

Joe was a terrific help. After our sink installation went off-course because of a mistake I made, he came back the same day to get us set up. We really rely on that sink, so having it back in action so quickly was awesome. Great service!

I wouldn't recommend this company for multiple reasons, but the main one would be the simple fact that they could not provide the exact hours that the plumber was at my location and match that to the billing. They sent me two different bills after the project was completed. I used this company because my building frequently does, but I'm going to go back to my regular plumbing company.
