Had Tony out to clear a rain drain system. Showed up quickly. Explained the whole process and got it done. Nolan followed up with a camera rig to get pictures inside the pipe and determine what caused the leak. Great service.

The technician answered the phone during evening hours, had me send picture of the water heater tag, and showed up the next morning with a replacement. He did a great job installing it and explained the differences and features of the new water heater. It should be noted I had called a different “24 hour service” company first that didn’t answer the phone or call me back til about noon the next day.

Thanks for unclogging Tualatin Meadows' sewer line last night and glad I was able to help, more then the City of Tualatin, with that sewer map.

Excellent. PDX Sewer Solutions solved my broken sewer line promptly at a reasonable price. They have been doing this work for 30 years and care about Portland. They arrived on time, solved a challenging and difficult problem with our Roman whirlpool tub plumbing and installed new kitchen faucets for us, all in three hours. Terry did a fantastic job. Our sewer line was completely backed up. Roots had gotten into the line near the street. He inspected, cleared the line, backchecked and then marked locations of the issue. This was also on a Sunday evening.
He was very professional and concerned for us and our issue.

Showed up even faster than I needed and were able to solve the problem. Yeah!

Mike, the owner, is a straight shooter. He has high standards and does excellent work. I've hired him on three different occasions over a five-year period. The last time, I had his team re-pipe my house with PEX pipe. It was a big job, but they did what they said they would do with minimal disruption.

Patrick was our SPECIAL PLUMBER this evening after I had called re a leak under my son's home. Patrick came out, after hours, cleaned up the area, replaced the pipe, told us all that we needed to know (succinctly and thoroughly) about the problem and the repair. What great customer service skills he has...and so very courteous and friendly. But, THERE'S MORE.....he called the business that will take care of the restoration of the underflooring and insulation and got them to come out tonight!! What service -- I will definitely call CRPandDS any time we have a plumbing problem. And, I got my military discount ! (And he looks great in his spacesuit !!!!)

Asked DeTemople to install a bathroom faucet. The faucet was missing one part, and instead of getting the needed part they did a partial install that did not work and charged me over $700 to install it. I called to complain and they said they would have management get back to me, and they never called back. DeTemple is a rip off, not to be trusted and do shoddy work.
