I had a busted pipe underneath sink leading to outside faucet replaced with something other than cheap plastic the builder used and a new water heater. Since I pressed my luck and had a 20 year old water heater, Cameron updated my house with an improved efficient water heater, updated the piping, and updated the safety of the unit and installed earthquake protection.
Very happy with the process, the service, and fair pricing. Would definitely refer to family and friends and use again.

Came out for quote on bath to shower remodel and garbage disposal install. Turns out they dont do the remodels at all and garbage disposal quote was $ 100 more than other quote.
Waste of $ 45. Fee.

If I could give this company negative one star I would. I booked this company twice to service our drains for the new house we purchased. The first time I waited 5 hours and they called to tell me they had no idea when the technician would be coming but would call me an hour before his planned arrival so I rescheduled for another day. Again i was given a 4 hour window and waited 5.5 hours before calling and asking when the technician might be arriving again to be told by the manger Stacy that she had no idea when the technician would be arriving. I asked her if she had any idea what day might be good for them to actually show up in the 4 hour window. She said they usually do show up within the time frame given and I started that this was the second appointment and all told I have waited over 13 hours for them. She stated that she was sorry but that was it.I wouldn't recommend this calling and scheduling with this company as they don't respect the customers time and do it care of you wait. She recommended perhaps calling someone else if I didn't like it. So you know what....I did I called First Choice Plumbing and I recommend everyone else does too.

We were having issues with our kitchen sink and they were able to squeeze us in the same day and got it fixed in about 30 minutes. Very nice people. I would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing issues.

So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k...

Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.

Company very prompt in responding and we are very pleased with the service. They quickly found a leak in the outdoor faucet and replaced it with better materials.

Premier Service-extremely professional and went well above and beyond. Josh returned voluntarily the next day to install a clip for a toilet fill valve that was not included in the kit but he felt it would avoid possible problems in the future. Our 18 yo water heater started leaking water on a Sunday morning. I called George Morlan and they picked up on the 2nd ring. He took all of my information, gave me a flat cost that included a new water heater plus labor costs and said someone could be out the next day. I loved that they give you the cost upfront. Many other companies need a technician to come out and give you an estimate. I was too impatient and we were without hot water. I’m so happy we went with George Morlan!!

He did great work was on time and was nice to have around will definitely be using this service again.
