Pro Drain scheduled us quickly, arrived early, and resolved the issue within the quoted average price. Austin was profession and honest. He answered all our questions and made some maintenance recommendations to help us avoid future problems. Pro Dain earned our business! Going forward it will be my first and last call.

Jordan and Charles performed a full re-pipe, service line replacement, sewer line replacement due to root intrusion, water heater replacement, toilet replacement, garbage disposal, and shower installation for a very fair price.

They were both professional, quick, and punctual with good communication skills. Their work was also outstanding. I am extremely pleased with their service. They both pointed out various issues with the new house that even our inspector when purchasing the house missed. Just to be clear, these are issues that are not plumbing issues. It's frustrating that the new house has these issues, but very useful to know about them before more damage accrues.

I will definitely be using Service Plus again in the future!

This company was highly recommended to me by a contractor I completely trust who has never steered me wrong. I was scheduled fairly quickly for an appointment 6/29. The day before, I received a call asking if my time slot could be moved to 12-1pm, and if anything changed I would also receive another call. On 6/29, there was no call and no show. I called and left a voicemail as my call was not answered, questioning where the plumber was and trying to get any updates. Just after 3pm, I received a call from the plumber telling me he was on the way to my house. Upon questioning him on his arrival, he said this was an add-on job he had received a call about. I told him I had a scheduled appointment and it was a no-call/no-show, and no one answered my call earlier that day. The issue was fortunately a quick fix, but unfortunately a large cost, and also only temporary... After approximately 3 weeks, the issue returned. I wavered about calling to have this dealt with again as I received such poor service the first time. I finally broke down and called the afternoon of 8/9. Although it was during regular business hours, I was transferred to an answering service with whom I left my message. I never received any response from this call. I was about to post a similar review when on 8/25 I received an email asking if I still needed service and apologizing for staff turnover that was causing delays. I immediately responded and said yes, and noted that I had left a message on 8/9 with no response. To this day, I still have not received an email or phone call, nor has the problem been fixed. It's been extremely frustrating and I definitely cannot recommend this company.

We used Jared for our bathroom remodel, moving the toilet vent and converting a single sink vanity to two sinks. He also fixed our shower drain in five minutes. Top knotch work, and very reasonable. And friendly, plus came within the window he said he would. Absolutely five stars. We will definitely use him again when we change out the shower valve, and anything else that comes up.

Lovett is always responsive and does their best to get people out as soon as possible for ANY issues, both emergency and otherwise. I have yet to interact with a technician or person in the office who wasn't kind, helpful and great at their job. 10/10 would recommend.

Very bad customer service, employees talk to you in a rude tone and make you feel like a bother. They are not accommodating nor are they very welcoming into their store. I walked into the store and had 2 employees walk right past me, never made eye contact with me, but proceeded to greet other people behind me. It was my third time into the store after I had been told 3 previous times that my order would be in store, but every time I went in it was not there. I had to drive all the way to Salem from Beaverton to pick up my order... anyway, I will no longer shop here.

My old house has needed plumbing and drain work several times over the years and I've always found Gene to be prompt, knowledgeable, creative, hard-working and fairly priced, while maintaining a good sense of humor.

Casey's got us out of a self-inflicted bind. We tried to upgrade our own shower to allow for ADA bars. All was fine until we got to the pan and under the house. Not only did they explain everything CLEARLY so we didn't feel like plumbing dolts, but they finished that portion of the project the same day they came out. Quality service, products. Not the cheapest - I'm OK with that. Guaranteed work - I'm REALLY OK with that.

the worst service that I have experienced. I had an appointment with them on Wednesday from 8-10, so I need to take a day off. 10:30 I called them to ask why they still did not come yet. They told me that they will come in 1 hour. 2 hours later, I called a gain and they told that they will come on the next day. Cool. On the next day, they came. At first, they sent me an estimate that was $2130. I'm ok. After that, they told me that it's changed to $3123. I did not agree with that, they charged me $119 for taking a picture of my vent pipe. I was totally not satisfied with it and called customer service to refund me. They told me that they can not refund. Okay :/ What a nice company.

What a loser I just called for a estimate and all can say its by the hour time starts as soon as he walks through the door and that's it I said that was fine but I'd like a ballpark price and he hung up on me and had attitude the entire conversation how is this idiot in business!
