Called Portland gas piping to get a quotation for a new gas line installed in my kitchen. The office manager (Michelle) was very helpful and knowledgeable. My job was simple enough to qualify for their strd pricing over the phone. I was a little worried about getting a quotation over the phone sight unseen, but the Tech did the job in about a half a day and the quote stayed as promised. No extra hidden fees, very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Passed inspection on the 1st try. These guys were great! Highly recommend Portland Gas Piping

Scott removed our old utility sink and installed a new one, correcting the hot and cold water connections, and reinstalling the faucet which was still serviceable. He ran into a couple of glitches but kept within his estimate range. Kind and thoughtful in the process. We consider him our plumber now and refer anyone who asks!

Brandon is a real pro. We had a long section of old galvanized pipe down in our crawl space that was leaking bad and needed to be replaced. He came out in a timely manner, fixed the problem and gave us a fair price. He knows his stuff and is a real pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend BP.

It seemed very expensive. Great service though.

Julio and his crew completed a full re-plumb of our house including water supply from street to house (trenchless). They were friendly and responsive throughout the week they were here.

Robert was prompt and easy to work with. Price was very reasonable, and the formal quote came in in-line with the initial estimate over the phone. The quote and job was all done within a week of my initial inquiry, and all went smoothly.
New water heater is working great. We'll be using Aquarian Plumbing for future services as well.

Aact Plumbing responded promptly to me when I needed help with a repair. They were professional, efficient, on-time, and easy to communicate with. Further, during this period of social distancing, they were careful about maintaining distance and took precautions (gloves and masks).

Having had work done by them in the past and had an amazing experience with them. Very reasonable and treated us with respect. We called to have them fix a leak recently. We were desperate to get it fixed the day of and Crouchley weren’t able to make it, so we went with someone else. I was so deeply unsatisfied with the people we went with. We should have just waited and had Crouchley come out! Now we know for next time!

Charlie and Jake were absolutely fantastic. We had an issue with an older shower valve not being able to turn appropriately which required a new cartridge or replacement. Charlie and Jake drove to a couple of different warehouses in the area to find the part they need and charged a very reasonable amount for the time they spent on our project. It was an absolute pleasure speaking with them and would love to have them over again just for dinner and conversation! Such great genuine people who go above and beyond to get the job done at a reasonable cost — highly recommend!

Honest, reliable and quick with repairs. They were able to fix a plumbing issue that other companys tried and failed to fix. And it didnt even take them and hour to make the repair.

1st call was the only plumber I could find who was available to come out the next day. They were prompt and easy to communicate with. It was $192 to fix a leaking faucet - I don't know if that's a competitive rate or not, but I was pleased with the prompt and friendly service.
