We definitely called the right company:)! Steve came out the day we called, and worked diligently for several hours to clear our kitchen drain. It wasn't a normal or easy situation. The house is circa 1941, and we've only owned it 2 years, and we didn't even know the location of the sewer line, etc. But Steve just kept at it until it was all sorted out. He also cleared a slow tub drain. We'd highly recommend him, and would definitely call him first if we need this type of service in the future.

I had a pipe leaking in my garage and it was causing water damage to my house. I had no idea what the source was, so I called Yuriy and he found the leak right away and fixed it promptly. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and how cleanly he fixed the leak, and cleaned up after himself afterwards. We reached out to CCP&D for a second opinion after a different plumber came to the house to check our leaky faucet and recommended replacing it with something fancy, which would have cost $1100! Mike and his colleague from CCP&D recommended replacing part of the faucet, ran to their warehouse for the part and fixed the issue, all of which was done in less than an hour and for less than $250! Talk about no BS and reasonable all around!! We’ll gladly be calling CCP&D back for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

Water line replacement from street into the basement of the home. Great experience all the way around. I submitted a web inquiry that was responded to timely and an bid/estimate followed shortly thereafter. The owner showed up as scheduled to complete bid/estimate. Strong back office support and good use of technology to automate email communication to schedule the work, e-sign quote, and provide technician movement updates. Work quality was timely and spot on. Permit and inspections were handled timely with City of Hillsboro. All Pro back office (Thank you Jade and Dawn) did a great job.

It was great working with the team. They were very professional and cleaned up all the areas they worked in.

Same-day service from a friendly and competent professional who didn't talk down to me and was kind to my kid & dog. Saw me wearing a mask and immediately went to mask up too (thank you, I'm immunocompromised) -- and happily went to work. They didn't settle with just making the offending toilet flush again -- they told us what happened and why, and let us know what they noticed might be a sign of trouble down the road without trying to upsell. We will absolutely be calling again when we need a plumber.
ETA: they were right about future trouble, and came back to diagnose and give us some solid advice and recommendations to follow up. Same great experience as the first time. Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and they didn't charge for diagnostics.

Both times I have called needing assistance with plumbing they have a plumber there the next morning. Knowledgeable plumbers who tell you what needs to be done and done right. Expect to pay some money though, plumbing is not cheap!

Crown Plumbing saved the day! My toddler flushed a toy down the only toilet in the house. I called every plumber in the area that I could, but was given a 1-2 day time estimate. Crown Plumbing went out of their way to get to my house in TWO HOURS! Tim showed up, and explained in detail what the options are, and then within 10 minutes the toy was out!! AND the cherry on top is that Crown was a minimum of $40 cheaper than anyone else I called. Your emergency service has won you a customer for life. I will send all referrals your way. Thank you!!

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.

Went by there today, the lady at the front wasn't helpful at all. Went to home Depot and got the part I needed with great help
