Great people from front desk to the plumpers.

We needed an emergency water-heater replacement, and after reading the positive reviews for Pacific Crest Plumbing, called Nick and scheduled a same-day appointment. He and his assistant were able to replace our broken water-heater that afternoon, with no up-selling, fuss or trouble. His price was fair, their work was very professional and they cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. After a very bad experience with a big name local plumber, it was so refreshing to meet a craftsman who cared about the quality of his workmanship. We will most certainly call Nick again.

We had a Main sewage line that was clogged... toilets not flushing... water coming up from the showers! Called RR and within an hour someone was on there way! Jack Howk was the gentleman who arrived. Very friendly and great customer service from start to finish! Keep in mind this was 9-10pm.... Thank you Jack! Our family greatly appreciates your professionalism and work! We can proudly use our showers and toilets again!!!

The most wonderful experience. He was professional, knew his business, fixed things and even did a couple extra fixes. I would call Park Place Plumbing again in a second and I am recommending him for other work to friends of mine.

We had a great experience with Meticulous and a full re-pipe job. Joey and Coleton did a great job with the onsite work keeping us informed and beating their expected schedule. Linda and Anne were very helpful from their main office answering questions and getting everything set up. Communication was great and the work was well planned and executed. There was an issue with a subcontractor but Meticulous stepped up and made it right. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Audrey was awesome! I was looking for a replacement for a broken shower handle. They didn’t carry the part I needed, but Audrey went out of her way to identify the part, searched for it online and instructed me how to install it. She was super helpful, while not try to sell me anything. Thank you Audrey!!! I’ll definitely return to A-Boy for future needs!

We(wife andI)called Rowe after seeing all the positive reviews. We had pipes knocking and a leaking shower head. We got an appraisal scheduled and the plumber came out. He assessed both issues, and told me that with the pipes knocking he couldn’t do anything because he would need to get a younger guy out that could go under the house and we could reschedule to have both issues addressed when two plumbers could come out together. Ok, fine...I’m ok with that and agree to reschedule a few days later.

The second appointment day arrives and it’s the same plumber, but alone. He tells me that there was a scheduling problem and the second plumber wasn’t available unfortunately. He was apologetic, and tells me he’ll have the office call me to reschedule. I called another company shortly after he left and scheduled with them. My plan was to tell Rowe that we decided to go elsewhere when they called.

Later that same afternoon, I get a text stating a plumber was on their way from Rowe. Within an hour, a plumber from Rowe shows up ready to go. I never got my call to reschedule, and was a little frustrated at the whole thing.

Knowledgeable, fair pricing, honest, locally owned! I have used their service many times and always experience great customer service.

Highly recommend Beau VIncelli for any plumbing needs. He is quick, responsive, and professional. Our problem was a hose bib on the side of the house that started leaking inside the wall whenever it was turned on. When I searched for a plumber to help, Beau was quick to respond and to schedule an appointment. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem by crawling far underneath my house, and fixed the hose bib and a couple other things very quickly. Again, I highly recommend giving Beau a call if you are ever in the need for a plumber.

Great plumbing company

This guy installed a water heater of his choice in late November 2021 that burst last night, the end of June 2023. I called him to ask him to fix it and he said not for 4 days! When I asked him if he could come quicker he physically threatened me. He does NOT warranty his work, he does NOT deal with the warranties of the water heaters he installs and he's extremely unprofessional. Go anywhere else!

Zak replaced my basement galvanized pipes, re-plumbed washer sink faucet, and put in a new main line in 2021. Professional & great job.
