Contacted Anthony Morgan on November 19 th to come and do a hookup of all my plumbing after having new countertops installed. He set up an appointment for November 23 rd, he was great! Anthony was great about communicating about arrival time, as well as what my options were, and the cost involved. The work was performed in a timely manner, the area was cleaned up, and works perfectly. I will definitely be using him again in the future....

Buyer be AWARE.
We paid $4350 to install a tankless system with recirculating pump and flood-stop valve in our home. They represent themselves as the experts but took them 2 or 3 tries to eventually got the system up an running. Mean while they left me with 2 significant issues. One the condensation line leaks and two the flood-stop does not shut the water off completely. These are major issues as the unit is in my attic. I have tried to contact them, but they ignored my calls, emails and texts. Be Aware!

The guy came to my house and ran the snake in in the clean out for about 2 minutes then my toilets started flushing again so he packed up said everything is good now just don’t flush anything other than thin toilet paper and you won’t have any issues, charged me $209 for that and left.
The very next morning my toilets stopped flushing again but luckily I had ordered a snake and it was gonna be delivered that morning, I ran it my self again in the clean out and I got so much more wipes and other stuff that should’ve been already cleaned out.
We just moved into the house and we had no idea how packed up the drains were and we’ve been very careful with it.
I’m not sure if he intentionally barely opened it so it would backup again and I would have to call him again and pay him another $209 to get it the rest of it or he just simply doesn’t care. Either way lesson learned.
Stay away and don’t waste your money.

My hot water heater froze during the snow storm of 2021. Even during the chaos following the storm, Four Stars was very responsive and worked to fit me into the schedule within a reasonable time frame. They let me know when they needed to change the schedule and the plumbers dispatched were friendly and professional.

Gage did what he said he’d do and at the quoted price - nice! He also communicated with us timely and respectfully during the job.

Taylor presented himself in a very professional way. He worked rapidly and thoroughly and then explained his findings in great detail as well as options for correcting the few problems he found.

Enoch was so thorough and very knowledgeable. He did a great job replacing a master bathroom toilet. He was informative and happy to answer any questions I had. When the job was done everything was cleaned up and you could not tell he had been there. I was also impressed by their office staff when contacting them; professional and warm. I will continue to use Legacy Plumbing and grateful I did this time.

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.
