I called this company for the hydro jet . They were very courteous and helpful. The response time for a jet was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a hydro jet.

There guys work hard to fix the problem fast
The are great at what they do but if you call at about noon it seem they always wait to show up late so you have to pay extra after hours rates.

they installed a water heater at my property. The next evening resident called and said no hot water. I called h20 to ask them to go out, and never got a return phone call from the on-call tech. Very hardly will I be using them anymore!!!!!!!!!
They will send you to collections agency for bills that are PAID IN FULL. Not to mention they overcharge by about double the market rate and do bandaid repairs at best.
They came to our apartment complex just to hydro jet the sewer and somehow they busted the valve to the water meter and water is spewing out 4 feet in the air and they said they wouldn’t be back until the morning to fix it so a bunch of apartment tenants are without water because of your technicians failure to fix their mistake

Worst customer sevice I have ever experienced lady was acting like I made her go to work lol if you don’t like your job stay home or find another but don’t take it out on the customer worst place ever
I called today (5/21/22) to request service. I was told that one of their plumbers will call me back within an hour. Total lie! I had to call three times because not one single soul reached out to me. What's even more frustrating is that each time I called, I had to go over the same explanation and provide my info all over again. I finally canceled my request one the 4th call and decided to with another company.

You have one gentleman working on site at the Versailles that is very rude and disrespectful to the people who live here. He parked sideways across 3 carport spaces THAT ARE PAID FOR BY US WHO LIVE HERE. I should not have to ask or say anything to anyone about this. It is called common sense and courtesy. You are on a property that you do not reside at. Do not be a hindrance to the people who are already stressed out due to having to need your services in the first place and who have actually paid to be on this property. And then to top it off, do not give an unapologetic apology when confronted on your ignorance.

Do not go thru this company!!! They've been out to my apartment complex starting of last year in February. Since the beginning of this year, they have been out here more than three times for the same spot. Every time I see them they are goofing off, on their phones, sitting in their van. They make messes that they don't clean up. I shouldn't have to walk thru mud to get into my home. Maybe if they actually did the job correctly the first time it wouldn't be a constant issue.

Scheduled tech to check my boiler system for repair or replacement. He Turned off boiler and shut off water and never notified me of issue. Left my property. Oh and did all this without taking his cigarette out of his mouth. My employee observed this all.
