Jeff was extremely professional He provided excellent service and went out of his way to be helpful. He provided all the possible scenarios related to repairing the leaking shower faucets so I would not be surprised with possible costs. Fortunately worse case scenarios were avoided, but I was fully prepared either way. I highly recommend him and his company and have saved his information should I need plumbing services in the future.

Needed my kitchen faucet replaced. The technician did amazing work he was friendly explained the process and was just awesome. Would highly recommend Casto Leak anytime.

This company doesn't even know how to shut off the main water line. They flooded my home. Would not recommend this fella.

Scheduled a free estimate, had a few questions that were answered quickly and easily, scheduled the install - Easy! Bonus Points as both appointments showed up on time (even a bit early!).

I had to replace all of the pipes under my house and these guys did a fantastic job. I was very happy with the service that they provided and working with them was a pleasure. I would recommend them highly and will use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

We had a great experience with Legacy Plumbing on two different days. Day #1 was with Jeremy & Manny to evaluate our two older toilets, change our shower filter and snake a bathroom toilet. We had an issue at our house, built in the 1950s, in which the clothes and dish washers would drain our tub would begin to fill up with water from the washers, which are upstream. Obviously a clog in the sewer line but because of the age of our house there are challenges to working with the plumbing in these old houses. John Koen has been in the business for many years and understands the differences that are inherent in the plumbing in houses built in various decades. Eventually he and his team were able to remedy the issue and clear the clog, allowing us to have clean clothes and dishes without bailing out the tub to do so. He warranties his work and does a great job! We call Koen Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.
