Jeff just left my home. My 1st time using their service. It definately was a dirty job. He was great!! Did a wonderful job and did it with a great attitude. I would definately recommend you useThorough Plumbing the next time you have a plumbing problem.

Micheal did a great job - very professional and took the time to explain everything. Looks great and works great. He made sure all my connections were the latest and up to code. I will have them back again next month to do fixtures in both my bathrooms!

Tank Yankers has serviced my aging tankless heaters for years. When one finally need a major repair they presented options and costs and I decided to replace the 15 year old unit. Fast installation by a skilled crew and now we have nearly instant on hot in the areas serviced by the new heater. If all home support companies were as good as Tank Yankers life would be easier! Highly recommend!

UPDATE: Smith and Son was able to address issues with two toilets which never quite filled.. and even replaced the old turn-off valves which were no longer able to completely shut off the water - definitely don't want a turn-off valve failing! Thanks!

UPDATE: Smith & Son assisted us in replacing our whole house water filtration system.. they went above and beyond including helping to obtain the correct replacement system too! Awesome!

We discovered a leak in the ceiling of our garage after a major freeze. Called Monday morning and were given an appointment Tuesday morning. Smith and Son's were on time.. efficient in their diagnosis and repair - very impressed. Smith & Son's were highly communicative throughout the process sending email confirmation and text updates on appointment schedule, arrival time, job up-date, completion and receipt. These folks are top notch. Called them when I was in a lurch and on a tight timeframe. I got lucky and someone was available to come out right away. What do I mean by right away? Within 20 minutes. They came out to look at the issues I had. Told me what needed to happen and didn't charge a dime for the visit. I called Sarah at the office to express my gratitude and she explained that they had done away with trip fees. As a business owner myself it was a pleasure to see a company doing business with great customer service like this. They have earned a client for life!

I was impressed by this company about 2 minutes after putting in a request to Angie's List for plumbing repairs. I first got a call from their scheduling agent and had a repairman out to give me an estimate. Jeremy was back the next day, he was able to remove and replace the toilet in 53 minutes. Job well done.

Fast and efficient

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
