Zaul was punctual and very professional . He answered all of our questions and serviced our unit promptly.
Great service! They did a great job and the price was extremely reasonable and right in my price range. The associate Marcy was extremely helpful! She was very informing and professional. I explained to her what my issues were and she advised what it could have been and explained the whole process what may happen when the technician arrives at my house. She was wonderful and very patience with all of my questions. She was managed to get a technician to my house with the next day, which is faster then most other companies were offering me. Other companies were telling me 3 to 4 days.The Technician was extremely nice and professional, he came and did exactly what Marcy told me he would do. Oh my goodness, I just had the pleasure of working with GO Heating, Air & Plumbing and it was an absolute delight! Jordan, who handled dispatch, was like talking to an old friend. She was so kind and personable that I almost forgot I was calling for a plumbing issue. And then, there was Chris. Chris is a master plumber, and boy does he know his stuff! He was so generous with his time and made sure everything was working perfectly. I was blown away by his professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness. He explained everything to me so well that I felt like a plumbing expert by the time he left! And the price? Let's just say I was pleasantly surprised. Overall, my experience with GO was everything one could have hoped for, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. GO was great to work with. They had immediate availability and David K arrived on schedule. His assessment was thorough and the costs for services were provided. The repair was quick. I hope I don't need plumbing service again any time soon but if I do, GO will be my first call.
Contacted through thumbtack late one night with an urgent repair request and we had them out the very next morning. Drain pipe was repaired and finished very quickly and cost was reasonable. Very stress-free.

I woke up too a nightmare situation as my tankless was showing error codes I quickly started calling around trying to find the best response time and when I called go the lady on the phone had let me know they had someone available same day. David came out very professional very very hot day and he worked tirelessly until my tankless was up and running. They showed up ahead of time, from an appointment I booked online. Process is super simple to get them out quickly. Once here they were extremely professional and curtious, doing little things like putting on sneaker covers, to closing doors gently. They know what they're doing, and fixed all of my problems while pointing out a issue that should be addressed in the future. I highly recommend this business, I will keep using them as long as I need plumbing help.

Great work and future maintenance tips and recommendations
Our young family ran into quite an unfortunate situation on a late Friday afternoon, when our air conditioner went out on a 105-degree Texas summer day. After 10 calls to other service companies, I finally got connected to GO and am very glad that I did. Andy V was at our house within 30 minutes, solved our problem within 20 minutes, and did so with a positive attitude and smile on his face. Price was fair and service was excellent. I highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used GO Heating & Air. Our AC went out at 1:30pm in the middle of August. Rick came out within an hour and had the issue diagnosed within 2 minutes of walking in the door. He cleared the clog in the drain line and had us back up and running in 30 minutes. Fast, professional, honest and fair pricing. So glad that we have them to rely on in the middle of a Texas summer!!

I wish I could give this company -5 (yes you heard it right, minus 5) stars. I am not sure why there are rave reviews here but my experience with their service was awful. I was scheduled with few other residents in my neighborhood and based on the feedback from others I heard the same story others as well. So I really do not know what kind of experience the technician has and if he even did anything maintenance at all. I generally do not write any reviews but this company made me feel very disappointed. I will never ever do business with them again.

The communication skills of this company are unparalleled. Happy employees to start the process is great. They confirm via text and cell phone regarding scheduling and have always been on time for me. I've used this company for years now and they continually live up to the best standards in the industry. Their pricing is VERY competitive. They take pictures and give the customer a report explaining everything right away. Today we had Zaul Hernandez come out and check out our system. He recharged one of our ACs and did a great job. He was very professional, wore shoe coverings when in our house. Zaul was very friendly and smiled frequently. My 2.5 year old son is usually scared of new people at our house but he felt so comfortable with Zaul that he went and got a toy and worked on the outdoor AC with him. It was so cute. I have a video and need to figure out how to post it with my review. (I see a picture/video option on computer but not on cell phone version)

Ray came out and did a great job with our scheduled plumbing inspection. We hadn't changed the anode in our water heater in a while, so he took care of that. Some of the scale ended up clogging the kitchen faucet, but Ray figure it out and got us back in operation. We're very satisfied with the folks at Go Heating and Air.

This company initially impressed me because of the intelligence, experience and willingness to help from the owner. I then saw it trickle down because all the employees were gracious and cared very much about their work and the customer. In addition, this company jumped through hoops to meet all of my special needs, asthma, allergy and chemical sensitivity. They did all the research, they ran it by my to check and executed a system that I dreamt of. I was so worried about all my requirements that I requested from them and they met every desire head on, with special care and executed it perfectly!

Technician John was very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed the A/C unit and explained everything that he had to do! He didn't try to up charge for unnecessary repairs!
David was my plumber again. Automated message that he would arrive at the next hour in the 2 hour window. Nice to know so the customer isn’t guessing.
This call was about dislodging a camera at the cleanout. It was a last hope. David made a good effort. Next week, it’s under the foundation.

I picked GO plumbing from a list on my local NextDoor app. We needed a plumber to fix an outdoor faucet that was leaking. I didn't know what kind of service to expect. David arrived at our home on time and gave us an estimate that was reasonable. He had to go into the interior wall to get to the pipe. All his work was done efficiently and professionally. These days, with so many options available for every service, it is very difficult to find reliable, efficient, friendly, and most of all, professional service providers with all these listed qualities in one. This is my first experience with Go Heating and Air and it has been a fantastic one. I got same-day service, no time wasted, the systems thoroughly inspected and every step explained. I asked a lot of questions and each was answered in detail and professionally. I was given tips on how to maintain a good HVAC at home. Many people don’t realize that the systems need annual maintenance or else these can have issues down the line, and can be very expensive to repair or replace. The service is quick, educational and adds life to your unit. I strongly recommend this company without any hesitation and will use them again in the future. If you have a house with an air conditioning and heating system, you should seriously think about getting an annual inspection and maintenance service, and Go Heating & Air is as good as its gets.

Mr. Rick and Mr. Sundeep were extremely professional and courteous. Their aim was to educate not to sell which I appreciate. They told me what my options were and let me make the decision.
Fast, thorough, good price, great communication. I requested a bid through Home Advisor to replace 5 HVAC units on our building in Allen, TX. Sam immediately called me. The VERY NEXT DAY, he was on the roof of our our commercial building (we are located out of state). And a day after that, I had his bid in hand. His bid was easy to understand, his pricing was fair, and his communication was excellent. He listed the make and model of each unit, the life each unit had left, the cost to replace and the cost to maintain. No excuses that he had to wait for the manufacturer to get back to him, he already knew the prices. Not all the units were the same, so he either has a good database or great relationships with the vendors to get bids quickly. Excellent bid. Excellent costs.
While we were working out the details of our contract with our tenant, I communicated with Sam several times by text, email and phone. In all instances, he was quick to respond. It was such a relief to have someone knowledgeable and reliable in a city far from where we live. It ended up that our tenant will retain HVAC responsibility. When I notified Sam of this, he was a gentleman about it. If ever we need a HVAC company, Go Air will be our first call.

Today I had new appliances delivered to my house I just bought. The range oven is gas but come to find out the gas line did not have a valve as the previous oven was solely electric.
I reached out to Go Heating and Electric where Lauren answered the phone. She helped set up service same day. Very sweet on the phone and answered all my questions.
Ray is the plumber who came for the service call. Talked through options with me to go about setting up the valve for the gas line.
Very professional and courteous.
Job was done in 30-40 minutes.

New appt 9/22/2022 Had them come out to tune up and get system ready for winter and like always professional and did a great job. If you are not using Go heating and air you are wasting money.
New appt 2/10/2023 Heater started to blow cold air at night called GO they where ready to send someone out that same day however I would not be home so schedule the following day they came out fixed the issue and also say an issue and asked are your electric bills height we said yes way more then the normal. We did not think it could be the unit as electricity prices have shot up. Come to find out we had a part go out that was making the unit not cost efficient. We had them change it out and we will see it price comes down. GO has never disappointed.

Jorje was the tech sent to our home to repair our thermostat and fix the error message we were getting. He listened to my concerns. He wore covers on his feet and a mask the whole time. He spent extra time in contacting the parts dept to find the part to correct the error message we were receiving. He was very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend Jorje and utilize Go Air again.

I called GO because my water heater was flooding my house. I spoke with the office and spoke the manager Will. He helped walked me through what was needed and he sent David out with Dustin to help him, and got me up and going with a new water heater. They were also kind enough to help me with a faucet that was a little wonky. I cannot thank them enough. I will absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family! The entire experience with this company was very professional. From my first contact to the plumber, David, who helped us out of a very bad situation on a Saturday with a 2 hour response time. I contacted Go Heating, Air & Plumbing at about 8 am and they had a plumber at our home by 10 am. I could not get anyone on a Saturday from any other reputable plumbing company! This speaks volumes for customer service for Go Heating, Air & Plumbing. I must, however, appeal to the entire plumbing community that compared to similar work done by the electrician community, all of your prices are too high. I don't hold this against Go Heating, Air & Plumbing because I've had enough contact with other plumbing companies to notice that you are all using a similarly universal pricing structure.
Jacob showed up on time and added a quick connect to my outdoor patio gas pipe with reasonable rates. Very satisfied with the service.
The technician, Andy, was professional, friendly, and very personable. He thoroughly and clearly explained maintenance details and expectations. Very polite, efficient. Very impressed with his service!

William came out to do HVAC maintenance on my unit. He was very pleasant and friendly. Professional throughout the visit and respected my home and privacy. He provided a detailed overview of his findings and let me know the items that could wait and those that needed immediate attention. If their services are ever needed, I will ask for William Lynd specifically.
Go HVAC & Plumbing helped us out to get our system going during the extreme weather. Even though it's a very old unit and needs to be replaced. It got us through the freezing cold until we could schedule to replace the unit entirely. They were more than fair considering we were using parts temporarily until we could schedule the replacement. They offered great options on replacement units to fit my budget for a high quality reliable unit and got it all installed in one day. I'm very impressed with the level of service and professionalism and can't recommend them enough. I will be giving them a shout if I have a plumbing issue as well.

Edit - owner says I was notified twice. That is not correct. I called at 8:30am to verify my appointment and was told by the operator I would get a text when the technicians were on their way. I called again at 10:10am when I hadn't heard anything from the company. A couple minutes later I received a text message and call saying the technicians were on their way. As mentioned previously they did not arrive until 10:45.
In summary - the owner misrepresented their communication about delays and was 45 minutes late to a 2 hour window

The guys changed a damper motor on my system. They charged me $935. When I looked it up online the part cost $99. I don't understand why would you charge me $800 to install it. This sounds like fraud with customer... taking advantage of people who don't know the real costs

Brian and Jorge were able to repair and replace my flex ductwork after a racoon had torn it to shreds. The crawlspace is super tight and I had other companies turn down the work until I had it dug out but that's not in the budget right now. These guys took a look and felt they could get it done and they did! Excellent wok, great attitude and a pleasure to work with.

Based on my discussion with Sammer, I am updating this review. Sammer called and we spoke over the phone. He explained to me the challenges they are seeing at this time with the plumbing department and agreed to implement a few changes at their end. Do not recommend using them. I found them through Thumbtack and had requested them for an appointment for a plumber and HVAC guy. The plumber was initially scheduled for Monday evening. I received a text message in the morning that he is stuck at another job and they will need to reschedule the appointment to Wednesday which I agreed to. On Tuesday I got a message again that the plumber has something come up and will not be able to come on Wednesday and asked to reschedule again to Friday. I told them to cancel and I will find someone else.
The HVAC guy came in on scheduled time, completed his investigation and told me the coil of the AC unit needs to be replaced as it was frozen. I agreed for him to go ahead and provide me a quote. He verbally told what the pricing will look like and told me he will e mail me the quote. I never received the quote from him. When I did some market research with other HVAC guys, there was a difference of ~$1,000 in the quote provided by others. In addition, I was told that the $59 service fee will be waived but he collected the fee from me saying that was applicable only if I get the service done by them. In my mind, this was still ok but the person scheduling the appointment did not say anything like that. I was told that the HVAC service manager has agreed to waive off the service fee.
Will not use them or recommend them to anyone due to poor quality, not being professional and sky rocketing price quotes.

Needed a repair on a Sunday; they were here within 90 minutes of calling. Quick fix, and back up and running!
My husband Duane and I use GO Heating, Air & Plumbing for HVAC service and today had a Duct Cleaning, blower and coil clean, and installation of a UV Mold and Germicidal light and surge protector. Angel and Brian were the installers and cleaners and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, professional, attentive to detail, and carefully cared for all our furnishings while doing the job. We live in a highrise. The dryer vent was in a high-rise narrow closet, but Brian was able to do the dryer hose duct cleaning without having to move the washer dryer out, thus preventing potential damage to bamboo floors. Angel meticulously cleaned the HVAC and although the unit was only five years old and regularly maintained, this deep cleaning was needed. The air temp is 10 degrees colder blowing from vents now from 58 degrees down to 48 degrees now. We highly recommend all of GO Hearing, Air, & Plumbing Services. Our home had it’s original 1960’s furnace and air handler with a refurbished 23 year old condenser, all of which was on it’s last leg and leaking coolant something awful. It finally gave up the ghost at the peak hottest days and the GO team was amazing to work with. Andy handled our account and Jorge and Ruben did our install. I am genuinely impressed with how hard they worked to get our home set back up. The attic was 150 degrees and outside not much nicer. The roof slope made it difficult to move around with nails sticking out all over. I appreciated that the team bagged all disposable trashes in the attic to prevent fiberglass particles from entering the house below. They also leveled the condenser slab outside which had tilted with time. Our install took much longer than usual because of various conditions and yet the guys kept in good spirits and even visually showed us everything they had worked on. We had several quotes from companies for the replacement of our system and GO definitely was the best for us. We also appreciated that they had a cash payment discount, something we don’t see as often these days. I am so relieved that everything is replaced and definitely rate the experience with GO a 10/10. We will absolutely continue to use GO moving forward!

Alan came in and knew exactly what he was doing got my gas hot water heater started again so I could have hot water. This is the second time I called them. They did such a good job the first time I had to call them back. Go Heating, Air & Plumbing will be my go to plumber from now on.

These guys were super nice which is the only reason I’m giving them a 1 star. Super deceitful lied to me about my ac unit costing 1100 in repairs when my buddy only spent $60 in a fan motor that I needed. There’s no doubt they might do a great job but they are not honest about what you need. STAY AWAY I feel so bad about all the gullible people that ate out there that don’t know about ac. Tread lightly !

Michael did a fantastic job and was professional in every sense. I will be using there plumbing services in the future. I initially had a separate company come out and give me a bid to fix the problem. They wanted 21k to do all of this work on my plumbing. Michael came and did an assessment on my plumbing needs and determined my problem was near my pool and not where the other company had claimed. In all he saved me 17k worth of work. I cannot stress how happy I was to have Michael a plumber and for him to solve my problem.

Right as the winter apocalypse of February 2021began - my heating quit working. I called around and found this company, and they said they could come out. A tech arrived and checked over everything, then showed me some pictures on his phone of a broken “defrost board” and my electric heater he said was broken as well. He told me that my system should be able to switch from heat pump mode to electric heater mode if the defrost board wasn’t working, but that my thermostat couldn’t do this and I needed a new one. He left with my heat still not working and said he would update me that evening when he was home inputting his notes via email.
I did not hear from them for 4 days, and could not get someone to return my call until the 5th day. Not a single word. Finally I get a call back and it’s him to tell me all the parts are under warranty except my thermostat, and he would charge me $1250 to fix it.
Luckily that first day after he left - I called a friend who does hvac in another city and explained my issue. He said that guy didn’t know what he was doing and had me show him just the wires behind my thermostat. I moved 2 wires, and booted up my ecobee thermostat (one of the best money can buy) and within 5 minutes I had working heat from my electric heater.
My friend told me to go snap a photo of the defrost board, then he confirmed it was burnt out. Said without the help of a licensed hvac person I couldn’t get it warranty replaced. I bought one off Amazon, and replaced it myself. Everything is working now for a $40 part.
I think it’s sad how this company could care less about me during the coldest weather Dallas has experienced in years. On top of that they tried to price gouge and charge me to repair things that weren’t broken. Absolutely disgraceful. Also their tech doesn’t know how to rewire a thermostat and would rather leave me to freeze. Go elsewhere, and save your money and headaches. I’d give them 0 out of 5 if it let me.
I tried to DIY a shower repair, and completely messed it up. Ray came out and saved the day, even though it was a really tough repair. I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to get the job done. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this company. They are a little more expensive but may be worth it. At least it was for me…I had a leak under my sink that needed attention that started yesterday. I found GO through Yelp; they recommend 5-8 plumbers…called several others and since GO had someone available today (Saturday), I chose them to provide me an estimate or do the work. Michael Ellis was the plumber and he was EXCELLENT. He was courteous and professional and provided me different options to the bigger plumbing issues I might have. He really seemed to love what he does! While I can’t do everything right now, but thankful that he stopped the bleeding and did it efficiently.

Just got maintenace checks from Mr. William. He found and explained details about some defects on my air handling and condenser unit that need to be repaired. Recommended this maintenance checks. To fix and clean the unit, the proposed price is my concern which is a bit high for my budget at this moment. I think my compressor's RLA is good as up to 23 A, but I need to double check the capacitor voltage because he said it was low and needs to be replaced. It starts fine now.

First time turning the air on and of course it did not want to work! I called them Monday morning and they were out later that afternoon. The tech Jorge was very courteous and professional. He recommended several options which I was able to choose from and got it working the same day. I highly recommend GO and Jorge!
*We were able to get the electrical issues resolved early Thursday morning. We called and spoke with Brandy(who was also very helpful) and she was able to get Kurt back out later that day. With the issues from the day before addressed he was able to finish what he needed and got the unit cooling again. We appreciate the effort put in by them to help us out and help get the problems resolved.
*We called them on Wednesday and they were able to get a tech, Kurt, out to reassess the unit and Andrew brought the parts they were waiting on out to him. Kurt was very professional and helpful but unfortunately found further issues. He explained the issues that were known about and the new issues found and what steps we need to take to try and fix the problems. The A/C does not currently cool but it does now circulate. Kurt making that happen and identifying the further issues and explaining what he believed those issues were was very helpful and appreciated.

The sales and installation of a new A/C unit with Go went wonderfully. We called and a salesperson, Andy, was out the next day and was very helpful. A temporary repair was made on our old system and our new system was finished being installed within 4 days. And while the unit is working, it works great!
The warranty has been a nightmare with this company though. Our system was installed in the summer of 2022 and had its first breakdown that summer as well. We called and was given an appointment over a week out to even assess the problem. We were able to get in touch with the owner and a tech was out and finished the repair that same evening in about 30-45 minutes. We were told it involved essentially resetting some control board parts.
This summer the unit has broken down again, with the same error codes as last time. We called on a Thursday morning and was told they could have a tech out there same day but with no timeline, but we would receive a call when on their way. Later that evening the tech came out and informed us the blower was not working and we would receive a call on Friday morning about estimated order times for the blower.
We called Friday morning and were told we were speaking with a manager, I did not write her name down, and we would receive a call back later that day with more information about the timeline. Around 4:00pm we called back and was told the manager we had spoken with had left for the day already. A different manager, Andrew, told us he would find out and call us back. Andrew called us back and we missed the call but immediately called back. The dispatcher at first told us no one called us because our appointment is scheduled for Tuesday. We explained again that we were returning Andrew’s call and were able to get in touch with him. Andrew informed us the part should be here Monday and an appointment is set up for Tuesday. We were not given an appointment time again.
A portable A/C unit was offered after my wife asked them about providing one since that was something that was offered during our installation if they wouldn’t be able to temporarily fix our old unit. Andrew told us it was scheduled for 11:30am on Saturday. It was delivered and set up quickly by a friendly tech with no problems.
Tuesday afternoon rolls around and we have not heard anything from Go. We called their office around 3:00pm on Tuesday to check if they could give us an estimated time since the business day was getting close to being finished. I was told the part wouldn’t be in until Monday now. We asked if a manager was available and was told they were all in a meeting and the dispatcher wasn’t sure when it would end but that another manager, Luis, would call us afterwards.
Currently it is 7:00pm (95 degrees outside temp) and we have not heard back from anyone and honestly I do not think we will hear back from them unless we call them tomorrow to try and confirm a new timeline. Once this company got our $18,000 to install a unit they could care less about their customers or warranties it seems.

Tried to charge me $452 for a $6 pipe for the fill valve. I went to Home Depot and did it myself in 30 mins. Avoid this business, they have no ethics. I feel bad for anyone who pays them for easy fixes. I hope you enjoy the $49 service call fee. These are the same people who go to church on Sunday and act like their saints. Absolutely disgusting business model. They claim the fee is so high for transportation, workers comp & insurance, $446 labor just for a pipe, $274 for a installing a $8 fill valve.

Disappointed by the installation team’s work on a new condenser, evap coil and supply plenum. The result: a new, malfunctioning system that didn’t cool as well as the old system from 2004 — couldn’t cool the house below 76 degrees and the airflow wasn’t balanced at all; some vents pushed air well, others barely a whisper of air.
All told, it required multiple phone calls and appointments with their team to diagnose the problem and correct the mistakes the first installation crew made. To their credit, the second crew did the work correctly and efficiently, something the first crew was incapable of accomplishing.
The salesman was unprofessional (he offered harsh criticism of competitors and a GO colleague), the first installation crew was ploddingly slow and inept, especially one member who attempted to charge me an additional $5,500 (replace entire ductwork that I suspect he damaged) to make the new system work as well as the old, failing system. The second installation team installed dampers and replaced yards of ductwork for no charge. Imagine that.
To sum up, unless you want to hire a poorly organized company that is abhorrent at communicating amongst its dispatch, sales, and installation teams, I highly recommend you avoid choosing GO for your heating, plumbing or AC needs.
Update: Thank you, Sam, for calling, listening and doing your best to improve our experience with GO. I'm hopeful your company takes the feedback to heart and adjusts its practices accordingly.

Jay was awesome and explained everything well
Excellent service. My HVAC went out and they had it replaced the next day. The installers were all polite and they sent a QA team to come verify the install.
Andy was super knowledgeable and professional. Helped me understand the issues plaguing my system and mapped out my options for the future while fixing my immediate problem within an hour.
David was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to quickly and effectively fix my toilet! He showed up on time and was able to walk me through the options and allow me to make an informed decision on the repair. He also gave me tips to make sure I don’t have issues in the future . 10/10 would recommend to any one in need of plumbing services!

We have used Go Plumbing for a few different jobs now.
First, we called them in an emergency after another much less professional company left us with a broken water main and no way to fix it. Go came out late on a Friday night and helped fix the problem and stop the flood in our front yard.
We next chose to use them to test and subsequently replace a gas line to our house. Unfortunately, the dig company that was brought in to expose the line hit our fiber line feeding our internet.
My wife and I both work from home, and upon explaining the dilemma to Go, they were at our house with wireless hotspot within an hour to use until our internet company can repair the line.
Accidents happen, its unavoidable. How you handle that accident and what you do to make it right defines who you are. I'm pleased to say that Go Plumbing did everything they could to correct the problem and give us at least a temporary solution.
Bravo, Go Plumbing.

We called GO on a Monday to come quote replacing an entire HVAC system that needed to be replaced. John came out on Tuesday afternoon and did an extensive inspection and gave us a quote. They’re installing the system tomorrow (Friday) the turn around time has been amazing and John has been so so helpful in getting us set up. He recommended an excellent problem to help with my severe allergies. He truly cares. Would recommend GO to anyone! Great experience.

I used this plumbing group when I was buying my house to do an inspection of the cast iron pipes, roughly $200. They came back saying there were leaks and growth coming through the pipes and quoted me an entire reconstruction at $30,000.
Obviously I was concerned and voiced it to the seller. She got a review from another company and they said everything was fine. Since moving forward and buying the house, I got another plumber to review and they informed me I was in GREAT condition and only needed to get jet my lines to help with the build up and scaling - only $600ish.
I am shocked that I was quoted an entire reconstruction that almost caused me to back out of this house, especially during such a competitive housing market. I would not recommend.
Got the drain unclogged in a short time.

I had called about my toilets being clogged and backing up. After talking with the lady that answered she directed me to exactly who I needed to speak to. The technician that came out was Cody Redd. Explained everything thoroughly and in a way I could understand the problem at hand. He cleared my main line clog and even removed roots! He used his camera to show the roots and that I had two other breaks. I’m having my sewer main replacement next week because of the breaks. I’m really impressed with the service, the promptness and how thorough Cody Redd was. I signed up as a cool club member, it saved me on the sewer cleaning and the replacement. 5 ⭐️ service with quality technicians.

Our service technician was professional, quickly evaluated the situation and followed through with ordering and replacing the component. August is not a good time to have a breakdown, but Go managed to get us up and cooling again in less than 24 hours!!! The dispatcher and receptionist were very professional - keeping us informed about the status of the technician arrival, ordering the component and replacing the part. Very impressed with their customer service!!

David showed up early, was kind and patient and informative, and VERY professional. Even grabbed a broom and cleaned a broken bottle(that was not his) with a smile on his face!
After the crazy winter weather last year it is nice to have peace of mind that my systems will be running smoothly. GO heating and air gave me a full checkup and brought several options of repairs and updates without pushing me into a sale. Zaul my repairman was professional, efficient and friendly. I feel confident trusting my system and seasonal maintenance to their team.

Spent 8k on a new system with them to have to come back for the 2 “maintenance visits” less than a year later saying it needs to be replaced at great expense. Also they will not honor their own warranty.
It either doesn’t need to be replaced again so soon and they’re lying, or it does and they screwed up.

This small Heating - Air - Plumbing business always respond and perform way above my expectation. I won’t really go further into how impressed I am with their service. Just check them out next time you have an issue or need your seasonal tune-up services and I will let you decide and go from there. I called them on a Monday morning in middle of Texas summer, showed up in an hour or so and took care of a compressor issue very same day….Very detailed, set your expectations right up front and works with prevention and efficiency focused mindsets.
We had Go Heating and Air come check out some issues with our heater. Jeff came out, and found the problem the issue in no time with some trouble shooting, and testing out a couple of possibilities. After finding out the issue was not the gas valve (which was what we were informed) he quickly found the issue to be the Auxiliary Sensor which was faulty. With The help of Jeff this experience was even more pleasant! Especially since a previous experience with another company that our home warranty sent out,. Which they were over quoting us on issues that would not of resolve the problem. I will definitely be doing business with Go heating and Air again if anything happens to our Hvac system again.
Technician was on time very courteous and very efficient.

Avoid this company at all costs! Beware of their deceitful tactics - all of their 5-star reviews are paid for. This organization is solely motivated by money and their shoddy installation of cooling systems is proof. Within mere years, the AC motors give out, leaving customers with a broken system and unreasonably high repair costs. Moreover, their lack of customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
Jacob was professional and efficient. He and his team came in, assessed the old water heater and had a plan to replace with a reasonable quote. They had a late afternoon appointment and were still able to do a same day install. We will be using the GO plumbing services from now on.
I had a great experience throughout the entire process. It was simple to set up the appointment, and our tech was professional and awesome! Great customer service from phone call to visit. I trust his opinion and feedback. Great experience and price!
The guys came out the next day after my call regarding a loud blower motor. The fan was shot and they replaced it quickly and at a reasonable price.

Montrell was great the two times he’s been out! He was prompt, professional and not too pushy with the sales stuff (I bought services both times). I ask A LOT of questions and he never seemed offended or to lose patience with my asking. He was very knowledgeable.
Our 15 year HVAC finally went bust and lo behold it was amidst a deadly heatwave. The old system was a R22 which is now banned across US so we had to buy a new system , GO first tried to understand the previous challenges while in parallel advising on a new system. We zeroed upon American standard 5 tone 18 SEER given our requirements. Now coming to the actual installation , their Engineer Jorge was the man given his patience , empathy towards us customers suffering the heat, time to action. One of the major issues was the crawl space in attic but GO team kept a cool head and did their job in the extreme heat. We are now happy with our new system and would definitely recommend GO to you prospective customer who are either looking for a turnkey or a maintenance provider
I had some plumbing issues and Christian came out and got everything fixed and explained everything that he was doing. I was even able to talk to the manager Will and had a good conversation with him about that was going on and how Christian was doing. The dispatcher Angie has such great customer service. She is so respectful, and such a great listener. They will have my business from here on out.
What a great company and experts at what they do, the delivery of air/ Heating services is phenomenal. Along with being one of the fastest growing companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, you won't be disappointed.
My FloodStop device that signals a water heater leak was beeping but there was no apparent leak. Plumber Alan Alvarez quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested new batteries as worth a try before spending $400+/- to replace the device. He waited while I dashed out for batteries. His service charge was a great value in comparison to other plumbers who charge far more for a service call. I'm so so impressed that I've arranged for GO Heating, Air & Plumbing to perform maintenance checks for my HVAC systems.
A definite 5 stars! Called GO Heating on a Saturday morning when our furnace was not heating, they not only answered the phone with a live friendly person immediately, they also had a Service Pro to our house and resolved the issues within a very short time! They earned our business!
William, the technician, arrived on time on the earlier side of the arrival window. He was quick and efficient in diagnosing and explaining the problem. I wasn't at home, but my mother-in-law was there and he was very polite and respectful. The price of the repair was very reasonable. We are very likely to use their services in the future.

I Called GO plumbing looking for some answers to my plumbing issues. I first had the pleasure of speaking to Angie who set up my appointment and then was directed to the plumbing service manager Will with questions on the possible problems I'm having. He explained it to me and had the service technician David Gilmore come out to go through everything and explained that I have a slab leak, he quickly located my issue and presented me with my options for repairs. I took the least invasive option and he returned the following day to loop my water line. Now I have no more water leaks and He did an AMAZING JOB!!

Beware of their financing, their financing is taking a credit card in your name and thus pushing your utilization percentage over normal levels instead of an installment loan. The service itself was decent but did have a lot of trouble with the city inspection.
Ray came out and was the best tech I've ever worked with. He provided us with great options, troubleshooted all of our plumbing, and gave us great recommendations on how we could improve the flow of water and hot water into our house. I feel completely confident in his assessment and look forward to my continued relationship with go heating and air, thanks so much Ray You're the best tech I've worked with in this company.

Very pleased with the service we received. We had lots of water pooled up on the floor that was coming up through the floorboards and tile but could not find source of water. We were expecting the worst case scenario of a slab leak and a huge expense to go along with it. However, Alan and Anthony were able to determine the problem was a clogged drain pipe for the washing machine. Very reasonable charge for work performed. Will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

We are very thankful to GO Heating and Air! When a freezing cold front came in to my area I decided it was time to turn on the heat, only to find that my unit wasn’t working at all. With a panic, I called another company only to be quoted an outrageous amount for what ended up being a misdiagnosis.
I wanted to get a 2nd opinion before I spent tons of money on the repair. Jeff with GO Heating and Air came out, before the really freezing cold front hit, diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, and the cost was a fraction of what I was quoted from the other company. I am so thankful to have been able to work with an honest company who is so dedicated to their customers. Anytime I have AC or Heating needs, I won’t hesitate to call GO Heating and Air!
Jorge, Brian, and Ruben were amazing!! Not only did they save us from the Texas heat by coming to install an hour after purchasing our new system, they got it done in less than 6 hours. (Total system replacement!!) Then they returned around 9:00 AM the following Monday to install the other unit! They were kind, hard working, and very professional. They updated some ducts, added much needed vents, and corrected precious leaks. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received!! They come highly recommended!

I recently had AC checked with GO Heating and not at all happy with the service . The technician completed his job in less than 10 min and mentioned everything looks good . I don't believe AC can be checked in 10 min. Moreover as soon as technician came he was trying to sell Air Scrubber which I found inappropriate. I don't think technician he knowledgable . Need lot of improvement i would not recommend Go Heating and Air.

I called GO Friday around 4pm not expecting an open appointment as they close at 5. My water heater was flooding my home and I didn’t know what to do. They were able to quickly send out Chris who showed up within 20 minutes of me scheduling my appointment. He contacted a restoration company for me and they arrived within 1 hour to help dry out my floors and come up with a plan on the damages. The plumber chris was able to replace my water heater same day so I can have hot water for my family. He was clean, thorough, and explained all my options before doing any work. I went with the 10 year heater. They provided exceptional service and will use them for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you GO!
Poor experience using Go Heating, Air, and Plumbing. AC tech had interpreted our AC unit as over 14 years old when it was barely 3 and was still under warranty. Attempted to up sell me a membership.They had misdiagnosed the issue with the AC. I received a second and third option from a different company that confirmed that they had misdiagnosed the original issue. Still paid the service fee. Buyer beware!

Mike the manager called 830am the day after my evening review was very apologetic and sincere offering to make things right. He was very genuine and sincere and offered to send his top technician out that morning.
Jorge, the technician was AMAZING. Calm, knowledgeable, proud of the training he had been through. Nothing was too much problem to trouble shoot, fix and test the system.
