Recently I called them for fixing dipping for my outdoor faucet. They came next day and fixed the problem. I was happy with the service. Jim was really good, he helped me to change the vacuum cap for the other facut.

I had a toilet tank break on me over the weekend. Luckily, I have a longtime friend who works at Legacy, Steven, give me advice on how to stop the water from leaking. We had an issue at our house, built in the 1950s, in which the clothes and dish washers would drain our tub would begin to fill up with water from the washers, which are upstream. Obviously a clog in the sewer line but because of the age of our house there are challenges to working with the plumbing in these old houses. John Koen has been in the business for many years and understands the differences that are inherent in the plumbing in houses built in various decades. Eventually he and his team were able to remedy the issue and clear the clog, allowing us to have clean clothes and dishes without bailing out the tub to do so.
