What a stress free and seamless experience we had with this company. Our pipes were backed up and we could not figure out what the root cause was. Well, Michael came by and was able to let us know that it was indeed a root problem! He was very knowledgeable about our situation and helped us come up with a plan for the here and now and for the future as we will eventually need more work done. He was able to get our pipes cleared out enough to go back to normal until the major work needs to be done (root removal). Without Michael, we would have never known where the root was or that it was indeed the issue. Very reasonable and highly recommended! Thank you, Plumbing Pros!

We have a dual water heater configuration plumbed in sequence in our attic. One of our water heaters went out. The guys came out immediately to assess the situation and made a plan to replace the faulty unit while improving the overall configuration. The cost was reasonable and the execution was outstanding. A great group of guys! Highly recommended.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Jon and Jason did work for me and blew me away with their customer service and knowledge.

Tracy was professional, polite, pleasant. He explained and went above and beyond checking out my furnace. He also taught me that about my carbon monoxide monitor that I didn't even know I had. He kept me informed and updated of what he was doing and how things were going. A nice guy. Professional friendly, business like. No complaints or suggestions whatsoever. An superb experience and very constructive and informative.

Rick performed a water and sewer test after out slab was lifted. He showed up exactly when he said he would, was polite and completed the tests in less than the time he estimated. Unfortunately he found a sewer leak. Based on our experience with Rick we will be using In-House Plumbing to isolate and fix the leak.

Stan and his team were very responsive and accommodating to my schedule. They were able to resolve the leaking tub issue within 2 hours and were very careful to clean up after the job was completed.

Jose got me and my family out of a jam last minute at 11pm during the freeze. I am Very thankful for Arod plumbing when I needed them!

Pros:
Friendly staff. Quality work.

Cons:
- Expensive. Charges ~$80 per visit as stated over the phone. $400+ for gas leak tests. Repair would cost $800+. New unit $6000+.
- Plumber did not wear shoe covers when in the house.
- Phone message says only opens Monday to Friday.
If they had a more reasonable price, I would have given 5 stars.

I called them to come look at a malfunctioned tankless water heater. Plumber says it's broken and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $6000+. Yikes!

Before the unit can be replaced, the gas lines needed to be checked for leaks. I agreed for the $400+ gas leak test. Plumber found leaks in the lines and says repairs would be over $800 and another test would be performed to find any additional leaks/repairs.

I decided to stop there and pay the ~$480 (for the test and visit) and shopped around. Meanwhile, the plumber calls the gas company and had my gas shut off (for safety) and I was out of, not only hot water, but central heating as well for the chilly 30F-40F weekend. The gas leak was minimal, no one in the household smelled any gas at all so this took us for a surprise.

I ended up using a different company through recommendations that did the same work for half the price. <$200 for a leak test, <$700 for repairs (includes permit), and <$3000 for a new tankless water heater and they came out during the weekend to install. Everything was done to my specifications and I'm a happy camper.

If you're looking for a quality work from master plumbers, these are your guys. If you're willing to shop around and research, there are cheaper alternatives around town.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing.
