I have used this company 3 times now after a referral from my insurance company. All 3 plumbers have been very experienced and efficient. However, I came here to write a review for Peter. He diagnosed and repaired a complex problem with tankless water heaters and recirculating pumps that a few other companies didn’t even think to check. He immediately saw the problem, double checked himself with the management, and proceeded to perfectly fix the problem. A single mom, on a budget, desperate, in tears and unsure which plumbing company to call I choose CPR Plumbing. Thankful, it was the best call I ever made. We had been dealing with a water leak, dripping faucet along with a non-working garbage disposal for months that led to a costly $517.00 water bill. I spoke with (the owner) Chad who was empathetic, pleasant and listened as I told him I needed someone to fix my plumbing quickly. My only day off they were all booked, immediately I begin to cry. They were great and very professional. Not only did they have fair pricing but they were honest. They also come out right away when everyone else couldn't come out for days. Very knowledgeable! Without them we would of been without water for who knows how long!

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

I had a little water leak concealed inside wall. Called various plumbers , and they were either incapable to pinpoint the hole, or excessively reluctant to cut the drywall. Woodruff Water Heat's people came, found the leak, cut the wall, and fixed the harmed pipe. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and got the job done in time.

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

Needed a toilet reset and had it donw less than 3 hours after my call and at good price

Plumber came to house and look at the gas stove top. I just needed him to connect it. I was in the middle of putting the hood and asked nicely if he could help me hold the hood and if not, it's fine. He looked at my new stove top sitting on my new counter top, made excuse saying I don't have the right parts for my stove connector and walk away. Refuse to talk to me and says he won't do it.

Here's some history: i previously called him for a water heater quote, HE said he wanted to come and give estimate but I didn't take him up on the price when he came because I'm still renovating my house and I need time to consider. the water heater is still not changed. Now I called for a different job, he comes, saw me and first thing he asked :why you called? Came in, took a look, got mad and walk out. Refused to talk.
