Both techs were very kind and professional. When I phoned for service, they were able to arrive the same day. They spent approximately an hour at my residence. Before they went, they made sure my drain was clear. They also suggested a substance that I should pour down my drain once a month in an effort to keep it clear.

I called the main line after another company failed to show up. Terri answered immediately, and said she would call the field plumbers to get me an ETA right away. She called back within 10 minutes, and scheduled Jason for 3 pm. At 2 pm, she called again to confirm that he was em route. He arrived ahead of schedule, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in detail.

Extremely professional, prompt and will hire again. I highly recommend this company.

When I called Hole In One Plumbing last month to schedule someone to come out to repair our sewer lines, there was a long queue--and I realized it was for good reason. The estimate they gave us for the job was less than half of what I was quoted from another company (this company came out the same day I called and gave what I thought was a ridiculously high estimate). The final cost was the same as what we were originally quoted, even though they ended up doing a LOT more work than what was outlined in the quote (our house is really old). They really go above and beyond to make sure the job is completed successfully, and with extremely fair pricing as well. From the minute they pick up the phone to when the job is done, they truly make sure you're taken care of. Thank you for your professionalism and fairness.

Classic Plumbing was very easy to deal with throughout the entire process. I was provided quotes for both the job and materials needed and asked in advance if it would be all right for them to use some of their own material rather than purchase everything from Home Depot. Their 2 plumbers arrived on time, were polite and professional, then quickly determined what was causing the leak that was coming from my bulkhead. They fixed the problem, cleaned up after themselves, replaced a couple of caulking tubes so they don't leak again (at no additional cost), and left me with a bill that was exactly as detailed in their quote. If a situation arises where I need a plumber again, I will have Classic Plumbing at the top of my list as the plumber in Plano.

Had to have all their work redone in our shower. Sorry but I can’t recommend this company. All they wanted to do is sell us a product to reduce the sediment in our water, they didn’t even fix the issue, which the other plumbers fixed easily.

Had a plumber install a new toilet today. We knew we had a stoppage when we did this. The plumber attempted to unclog it since he was already here. He was not successful and recommended we call another drain guy / leak guy. We called Bruce instead and the issue was resolved within an hour of me calling him. Very personable and saved me a ton of money. I cannot recommend him enough.

Like the owner said in one of the responses We're not for everyone. I guess i'm part of that select group. Couldn't get them to do a job for me. Twice in row. Started giving me info on how to do it myself. Two stars, cuz i had Micah over once and did good job replacing a faucet and shout off valves.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
