This is the third time I have use this company. I gave them five out of five stars for each visit.

DiamondBack Plumbing answered the phone and responded to my urgent call for a water leak in a difficult to reach area. They were on site in about an hour, on a Saturday afternoon! Pleasant and helpful, Dane was very knowledgeable and came up with an excellent solution to the unreachable pipe in a matter of minutes. What a team! So glad to have these guys to call when I need them. My whole family has used DiamondBack Plumbing for years and will continue to do so.

Been having water pressure issues throughout home, called Accent and they came out within a few days so right away. Jim Baker the technician was great, he was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with the plumbing. He was also very through and made sure it all my issues with the plumbing were addressed.

Wyman plumbing came out to fix a toilet tank that had developed a leak. He arrived on time to the quickly made appointment, fixed the leak, and cleaned up after the work. Pricing was on par with other plumbers as I had had another toilet tank mechanisms replaced the year prior. Mr. Wyman has taken on appretices since. They are now plumbers and I recently used Wyman Plumbing to install a new RO system, replace a shower cartridge and change out the tank insides of another toilet . They are just as couteous and professional. Pricing is clearly communicated. They arrive at the scheduled time. I highly recommend Wyman Plumbing. They are courteous, knowledgeable, ethical, and took care in my home.

I’ve used this team 4 or 5 times so far and they have the absolute best service, professionalism and quality of work. I will not hire another plumber in the valley. I found them after 4 bad hires that either didn’t complete their work or didn’t show. Simba is the best by far!

Scheduled an appointment to have my water heater inspected when I experienced a sudden loss of hot-water. I am happy to report that I had a plumber inspect my water-heater the very next morning. I was immediately provided a quote to replace the unit, and other additional plumbing I was not concerned about; no offer to troubleshoot my existing water heater due to the age. I declined the install and troubleshooted the issue myself. The cold water inlet on the heater had become stuck, preventing inflow of water to push out hot water. Less than $50 for parts, a few hours of my own labor, and I have hot water again. Very good response time but I felt like Parker and Sons was just trying to make a sale, not fix an issue.

Plumbers were very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. They did a great job !

Rem and Miguel came to do a home inspection and flush our water heater as part of our membership. Excellent communication before arrival and when here, did an extremely thorough job. Explained what they were looking at and took the time to ask if we had any problems while doing the inspection. Very considerate and wore little “booties” when entering the house so as not to get the floor dirty. These guys were awesome, the reason we’ll be coming back.

Brandon communicated clearly and was a great technician to get this job done while I was not on site.

I can't say enough good words about Simon. If I could give more than five stars I would. I had to have almost all the plumbing replaced in my house. Simon worked long hours everyday and got everything done in record time since our family was up in a hotel. His work is impeccable and kept me up to date with multiple and detailed pictures of the work he was doing. I couldn't be happier and strongly recommend Simon for any and all plumbing needs. We needed to re-line all of our old cast iron sewer pipes due several cracks and root intrusions. This was causing multiple backups and sewer odors running through our bathroom. Ran across Peerless Plumbing and Christian quickly came out for an evaluation and estimate. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Lindsey, who handles all customer service, was also a pleasure to work with. When I scheduled the job, the crew that came out was amazing. They were very skilled and professional, and they even looked out for my dog while they were working! The work itself that they did was amazing and gave me peace of mind. They sent me videos of the newly lined pipes and they looked phenomenal. And the best part was that they did all this work without digging through my foundation, it was all trenchless using the NuDrain technology. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Peerless. From now on, they are the only plumbing company I will use and trust. I highly recommend them for any job, especially for a big ticket item like pipe relining. You won't regret it.

Jon came out and cleared the drain in my kitchen and in a bathroom. The bathroom was challenging because of the space to work in. I am very impressed with his professionalism, punctuality, attitude, and the quality of his work. Jon was recommended by a neighbor that was equally happy with his work.

Annual Plumbing Inspection - The serviceman called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Was courteous and professional. Took the time to answer our questions. Provided suggestions/estimates on some items we might wish to upgrade.Did not leave a mess - would utilize his services again.

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.
