I came home to find my water heater leaking throughout the garage. I had a Ben Franklin logo from when my garbage disposal was installed in my house. I sent them a message and received a response within minutes. They were able to send someone out that day. My service technician was Christian, and arrived a couple hours later. He was very thorough , did an excellent job explaining the situation to me and was very patient (I was pretty indecisive about which direction I wanted to go). Ultimately I needed to replace my water heater and was even more surprised that he could do it the same day. Christian did an excellent job explaining all my options and was very professional. I felt very comfortable in his skill set and never felt like he was pushing a sale. If you have Christian as your technician, you are in great hands. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely be using Ben Franklin

A very professional serviceman replaced filters and checked all of our water filtration, reverse osmosis and softener systems. He was very knowledgeable and taught us about the operation of our systems. I highly recommend them.

I gave 3 stars due to cost. $450.00 to my opinion was too much just to have a shower valve installed. I had opened up the drywall for easy access and all that was needed was for the technician to make 3 solder joints. I'm 75 years old but I wished I had done it myself. The actual work was done fine but the technician had a table for various charges and that is what was he used for the charge.

Got referred to them via my home warranty due to an issue with my home outside bib. They were very fast at calling back and setting an appointment, even faster at showing up.

Luis was very prompt this morning. He was friendly and ready to get to work. He fixed my AC quickly and even went on attic to fix some of my vent hoses. He cleaned my coils as best he could. He recommended I get someone out to get it cleaned as it was causing some of my rooms to not get air. He was knowledgeable and even showed me what it looked like. His service was ??‍? A1

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. So I have been very satisfied with Ace Home Services in servicing my A/C unit. I had a repair need and had the privilege of seeing Jose Melgoza. He was on time, courteous, and explained my issue in detail. Though a repair was not needed, he explained how my system worked and that it was operating correctly. I appreciated the information.

I used Yelp to find a quote after water buildup in my kitchen sink (the disposal burned out). The quickest and best response was from NorFleet Family Plumbing. It has been a few days and I think its safe to say that they did a Fantastic job. The price quote was great, garbage disposal replacement was the best idea and it was quickly installed by Nick. He was patient with my questions and even offered to look at any other plumbing problems we might be having (luckily none). But i know next time anyone mentions needing a plumber, I will recommend Norfleet!
