I had no hot water in my kitchen and bathroom sinks and as a result the dishwasher didn't work either. All of this has been fixed and I will be purchasing an anti-scale system since the water here is so hard. My service person Cisco could not have been better and I appreciated him explaining the process. I'm very happy to have hot water again and I look forward to less sediment in the lines in the future.

I used parker and sons for a brand new AC installation as my old AC unit was old and cheap breaking down every 6 months. Nate came by and gave me a free estimate which I felt was a good value based off of the other estimates I received. I ended up choosing them with some really good home Depot financing options they offered. Installation was easy as they were flexible and communicative. The only thing I did not like was the point of sale at install where the installers offered a few more add ons including coil protection, AC filters and surge protectors. The reason I did not like this was I felt like these should have been offered at the estimate vs at install making it feel more like a pressure sale. Other than that everything was excellent.

He helped me figure out what was happening and fixed it fast. He was patient and kind and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He also answered my other questions.without being condescending to a female. Even the office staff was very helpful and friendly. Communication with me was excellent. Best experience ever with house issues! I would recommend them to anyone. ?

Response time was excellent as my AC was not cooling. The techinician was polite and helpful in answering all my questions. I did not go with them as their price to replace the unit was much higher than all the rest.
