Roy checked out our aging water softener and gave us many options on how to proceed- He also installed a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen and to the ice maker line on our refrigerator. Roy was most pleasant and answered all of our many questions. Highly recommend him and hope to have him back should we have need of his expertise!

Troy Greenwood and his crew were wonderful. My water heater broke and was still under warranty, so the Aussie guys came out next day, took the old heater out and replaced it with a brand new one! Troy also shared tips and best practices for how to extend my new water heaters life. They were nice, professional, timely and clean. I highly recommend!

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. Wow is all that I have to say about Nick and Norfleet plumbing. I called the office to inquire about a tankless water heater. After hearing all of the pros and cons, I decided against it and went with a regular water heater. Melanie gave me all of the information and did not try and sway me one way or the other. My parents were visiting when the water heater went out so it was really bad timing. Nick understood my dilema and bent over backwards and forwards to help resolve the situation. We had to uninstall the old heater, wait for the restoration company to come and then reinstalled when things were dry for a couple days. Then we had to uninstall and let them do the dry wall work. Nick was very helpful as the timing for everyone’s schedules did not always align but he always made it work.
