I got home Friday and found water outside my house and my water heater was leaking. Called up Robins and being late Friday they said they could send someone out the next day. I asked if they had anything same day and the nice person told me they would make it happen. Eddy showed up and gave me two quotes, tank replacement and tankless upgrade. I wanted to eventually go tankless so I opted for that route. Parts had to be ordered for tankless, the tank was available immediately, so we set up an appointment for Tuesday between 8-10am. He showed up just after 8 and got started. In all he mounted my tankless heater, rerouted two copper water lines, the gas line, the vent, and added an external drain. This is the second time I've used Robins and they have been nothing but polite and professional.

We installed a new gas range and the existing pipe did not allow the range to be pushed back against the wall and forced it to stick out into the kitchen a few inches. The plumber from Wyman assessed the situation and relocated the pipe to a location where the range could fit snugly. He did this within the timeframe and cost estimate we were provided. We were very satisfied and happy. We’ll use Wyman again for future plumbing needs.

Great experience from customer service intake to timely arrival by James. He very quickly diagnosed an over pressure condition at the main due to a defective pressure regulator. He had a née and far higher quality regulator with him and replaced it. Great service!

Repair and maintenance folks don't always have good news for you about the health of your HVAC, plumbing etc. But you can count on Parker and Sons to give it to you straight, honestly and with good value. Flush King responded timely to my estimate request and provided a quote that was similar to others I received. Flush King set a time but the assigned plumber (Mike) called and said he would be delayed due to a difficult job. It was no problem; I appreciated being kept informed of the delay. To my surprise, Tom (who I had talked with to set up the appointment) said he was on his way and would be there within 20 minutes and within the original time frame. What service! Tom was very friendly and professional. The job got done. :-)

Tim and Josh were awesome today. Not only with the unit install that we had to replace but at troubleshooting another issue as well. Our units are back in business! Robert serviced another one of my units today and he's been to my house before. I like seeing familiar faces who I know I can trust to make me happy and get the work done at a reasonable price!

We called Norfleet about a moaning hose bibb. He came out and fixed it. A week later, my wife turned on the water, and the faucet wouldn't turn off. When she gave it a little oomph, the handle broke! Called him back, and it was replaced, no problem. They warranty everything for two years. We're really happy with the responsiveness, and will absolutely call them for future plumbing needs.
