The technicians and staff with Parker & Sons are punctual, experienced, and attentive. They offer many services and multiple options for repair/replacement when needed. I received communication throughout the process, including reminder calls. I just started the maintenance program and plan to be a part of the Parker & Sons family for as long as I live in Arizona.

The servicemen who were in my home were professional and did good work quickly. The price was very affordable. I definitely recommend this business.

I honestly never write reviews but I had an emergency plumbing situation that needed addressing right away. When I called Simon, I was so stressed and overwhelmed discovering my shower backed up and flooded my bathroom. He was so professional and told me he would be here within an hour. Not only did he show up in 5 minutes he did an incredible job solving the problem and explaining the process to me as to why this happened. I cannot give him enough praise. I normally can't believe a company having only 5 stars across the board..but he literally deserves 6 if I had the opportunity to give him more. Trust me, if you have an issue he is your guy. I would highly recommend Hero Home Srvs to anyone who needs plumbing srvs. They were wonderful to work with and i was very pleased with their work. Johnathon was the plumber who responded to my issues and continued to be involved through out my entire process. He was very nice and kept me informed and updated on everything that was going on. I also liked that i dealt with the same few guys from start to finish. They treated us like a friend instead of just a customer. I truly would recomend them to everyone.

We have used CLW plumbing for several years... I think maybe 10. They have installed a hot water heater in our previous home. They installed a gas line to create the ability to have a gas stove and so much more.

1st visit in December 20133 other electricians passed on this job as it was too complex. Mark came out and really did not want to do the job but he decided he would try to find the problem. If he could locate a beginning he would do more. He was here over 3 hours; got dirty and aggravated from the electrical mess....he did an amazing job. Thank you so very much!29 May 2014 - Mark Baird was needed at my house again. Both of his visits have come during exceptionally high stress periods for me. The recent visit has been in the wake of my husband's death; so my need to have problems fixed without additional stress are high. Mark is solid gold for George Brazil. The wiring in this house is a mess. This time it was the air conditioner, electrical under the kitchen sink, lights in the entry and outside; and a plug for the outside of the house. He found the problems, fixed them affectively and did all he could to provide a combined billing that option that presented the best possible price. He cares about the work that he does and it shows in everything he touches. He moves forward with an efficient and pleasant attitude. While George Brazil may not be the least expensive option they are most reliable. When Mark leaves everything works. I could not praise the excellence with any higher commendation. I am happy to recommend George Brazil to anyone with special recommendation to Mark Baird.Mark, thank you for choosing to be who you are.

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.
