My this was an easy experience. From the quick scheduling conversation with Mrs. Wyman to the consult with Mr. Wyman and then the (early) arrival the following day of AJ, I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere. It took less than two hours for installation so just exactly what was predicted. The installation was professional in every way.
Having to get a new water heater is not on the top of anyone's list, but these folks made it painless and easy. I highly recommend their work!

Needlessly expensive. Charged $1200 bucks to change a kitchen faucet. They did a good job but there's no excuse here, just find someone else to do these cut and dry jobs. This seems to always be the case with them.

I have used option one Plumbing in the past and they were my 1st call to fix main water leak. Worker Fernando provided excellent service and explained steps taken to remedy situation.

They came the same day I called and fixed my outdoor garden hose spigot and they also installed a faucet for me. The price at Simons was three times cheaper than the big plumbing companies!

Alan was quick to answer and was available same day with a quick resolution to a potentially problematic leak. Will be using again for all plumbing needs in the future! Thanks again

My water heater was delivering various temperatures of water. On July 11, I requested service online and was contacted right away. A service call was set up for the same day with a two hour window. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Don, the technician, arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes, and gave me a quote for services which were very acceptable to me. He removed the old hot water heater and installed a new one within two hours. he also replaced the water input valves. His workmanship and professionalism were excellent. He answered all questions expertly and completely. I would not hesitate to use Water Heaters Only for any water heater issues in the future.

Nick is AWESOME! Professional, polite, communicates, and very knowledgeable!!

Speed: Our gas hot-water heater went out so we had no hot water. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged Nick on Yelp, he responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. Nick (Plumber) told me what was going on with my hot water heater and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time on the phone with the hot water technical support people to confirm analysis.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. Norfleet Family Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. Norfleet Family Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

What a GREAT company! Okay, today didn't start out so good, because of an inadequate washer hookup (from a remodeling company that was working on my house) that lightly flooded my laundry room! So, I gave Jan Ashford Plumbing a call & that was the right call! They sent out Gerald who's been doing plumbing for 35 years and really knows his profession! He looks like he really loves his job! Well, everything is running well! I now know what company to call & refer when there are plumbing issues! Thank you so much Gerald!
