Had Roots in the main line by toilet. Diamondback sent the tech Levi out within an 1½ hours of my call and it was Saturday so pretty darn fast. Levi immediately diagnosed the problem, cleared the line and explained how we can prevent it from happening again. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Diamondback Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

David Kerrigan was the plumber who provided our service. We got our appointment the very next day. He is highly qualified with 40 years experience. He was very thorough, competent, & conscientious. He replaced our bathroom faucets & shower heads and valves and he will do additional work in our home later this month. He did his best to resolve our problems being mindful of the cost. He was also very pleasant & personable. We r thrilled to find such a skilled & honest craftsman. We highly recommend Parker & Sons & will continue to use them in the future.

have all the tools said he will send someone else never heard from him and he never reported, my house was full of water , when i called to find out what happen they said we can come back but you need to pay us $180

Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing

My water heater broke suddenly and I resorted to them and they responded to my call very quickly and completed the job very honestly and fixed my water heater for me.

Had these guys install a pressure valve on my home and they were great. They came out and gave me an estimate and showed up the next day to do the job. Very nice guys, very professional. They gave me a quick crash course on the valve. I needed some help with it weeks after it was installed so I called in and spoke with Nate. He was beyond helpful and even gave me his cell number in case I had questions. They are my new go to guys if I need a plumber.

Needed to have a water heater drip pan and service performed and called Mr Rooter. Cameron responded and installed the pan and performed service on the water heater. Cameron was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. The price was also very reasonable. Thank you.
