Best Water Heater Leaking in Phoenix AZ

Start to finish easy peasy! I contacted Pink via email because I was interested in a Halo water purification system. I heard back from Stephanie that same night, it was a weekend mind you, so I was impressed with the responsiveness right off the bat. She and I emailed back and forth and she was very patient answering all of my questions and providing an estimate. I decided to utilize the 0% interest 18-month financing, applied, and set up an appointment for the installation to happen only 2 days later! Lou came on time and went over all of my options. He was thorough and courteous, answering all of my questions and taking my concerns into account. Several hours later, I was set with my whole home water purification system! So easy! Lou was very thoughtful and conscientious of how he installed everything and the logistics of everything. The price was about what I expected. I will definitely call them in the future if I have plumbing needs and will recommend them to my friends. Also my water tastes great!!!

Noah and the team were incredibly helpful, curteous and knowledgeable. Needed to repair and replace sewer pipe and the connection to the city sewer due to severe root problem. Completed repairs just as promised, on time, no delays and when they left everything looked as if it wasn't even touched. I can't say enough good things about them and wholeheartedly recommend. We hired Cobra Plumbing to install 2 garbage disposals , replace a faucet outside that would not stop leaking, and check water pressure. Our repair man was on time, and performed all repairs to our satisfaction . Highly recommend !!!!

Hired Charity Plumbing to install a Moen water detection device. They were recommended by Moen. The plumber installed the device incorrectly. I know this because I sent a picture to Moen for verification. Also I questioned the charge for parts. He had to go get some pieces of copper pipe and fittings. I sent a picture of my piping, why wouldn’t he have common materials on his truck?
I have emailed once and called several times. No response.
I would not recommend this company for anything

When my old system broke, I contacted them, and they were here the same day to assess the situation. The technician who came to my house was friendly and professional, and I was impressed with their prompt response and commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Hire this company, they are amazing. We had a diy failure and Kelly was able to come out and fix our leak. We called during the evening and Kelly showed up at 6am to fix our problem. We are so impressed by the work, professionalism, and communication. We will definitely be back but hopefully not to soon.

We woke up to a leak in our water heater/HVAC/washer dryer area today and called This Plumbing Services. They got Johnny out to our house within an hour and a half. Johnny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, especially when it turned out that we're just new homeowners who didn't notice that the drainage hose from our HVAC was pinched. He explained everything to us as he was doing it, showed us what to watch out for in the future, gave us advice on how to maintain this drainage system (because the hose is not huge in diameter), and it was all for a reasonable price (especially on a Sunday). He got this all done quickly - what I thought was going to be an afternoon-long, bank breaking ordeal turned out to be quick and painless, thanks to Johnny!

The plumber they sent out, Matt was exceptional, great guy, great work ethic, and explained everything. I'm a Remodeling Contractor, and these will be my guys when i'm in need again.

They are very responsive and took care of the repairs, fast and accurately, I have to give them that. Their prices are high compared to other companies, the only reason I used them is because they are highly responsive. I bought a $10.00 a month plan where you can get discounts on service and parts but I was not aware that if you were to cancel at any time...you are definitely going to pay for the discounts back!! So after cancelling the program I had to pay for all the previous diacounts I had gotten. Just be aware of that! That was not clearly explained to me of course...so just be careful...nothing is free..at least not in this case.My name is Yuma Rivera.. I am sure you can find me in your data base. And when they offered the plan I had asked if there was a catch...to what the lady on the phone stated NO ..no catch whatsoever. If you really wanted to offer exceptional customer service you would make a mention of that. At least I know I would. Either way it is done and like I said..their services were fine...cost a bit too high..very responsive and on time...but definitely need to be a bit more honest about what you offer.I am just writing about my experience and I am sure others have other experiences.
