Just experienced the dreaded water heater failure with water going everywhere in the house. Ultimately had to shut all water off as the valve at the heater had failed. Needed some help quickly and reached out to Maloney Plumbing. They did not initially have anyone available to help the same day, so I continued my search elsewhere. Unknown to me, they continued to reach out to their technicians and called me back with a same day option before I had found anyone else. Colin came out within an hour or so and was able to quickly get another water heater installed. He was helpful, professional and friendly. Maloney Plumbing went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Thank you!

Ex employee the boss is very un professional at work he keeps works last checks he cuss's employees like dogs never pays what he's supposed to and bother his children are illegals to this country he works them under minimum wage he laughs about over charging customers one day everything is fine the next your being cussed and degraded

Had Roots in the main line by toilet. Diamondback sent the tech Levi out within an 1½ hours of my call and it was Saturday so pretty darn fast. Levi immediately diagnosed the problem, cleared the line and explained how we can prevent it from happening again. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Diamondback Plumbing. I needed to have a natural gas line run from the wall to my BBQ and Firepit on my rooftop deck. This required removing the wooden deck boards to run the gas lines and then put them back. I got several bids. Accent plumbing was competitively priced. They were also able to schedule my job in later the same week. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They left my premises very clean and neat. I would definitely use Accent plumbing again for any future needs due to their great work and competitive pricing for projects.

This company is running a racket. The plumber purposefully used a snake and not the hydrogetting the first time. They charged and exorbitant amount of $275 and then after that only worked for 2 months, it clogged again. Now, the rude woman Rachelle who answers the phones would not give me a cost range for the hydrogetting. Do you know what that means? Rip off artist. Then she finally got the manager to say that they would apply the $275 that I paid 8 weeks ago to the hydrogetting procedure which is $700-$1000. The problem is that all other companies estimate $250-$650 online for hydrogetting. So, they are the typical scam artists who jack the price up and then offer a discount to make you think you are getting a good deal. My argument is that the plumber should have had enough experience and judgment to know to first do the hydrojetting in the first place. All of the positive reviews of 1500+ are OBVIOUSLY paid for. Do yourself a favor and find an ethical company or small ma-pop operation. This people are thieves!

Parker and Sons dispatch put us on the response list Sunday afternoon and arrived within 2 hours. Our technician Travis went straight to work to repair our outdoor faucet pipe that had broken within our cinderblock wall. The work was completed very professionally and Travis. Informed us every step along the way. We were very happy with the results.

We have used Simon for a number of things ranging from a basic faucet install to diagnosing a water leak to helping remodel a shower. The first time I used CLW Plumbing was for a leak from the gas shut off to my fireplace. The gas company found a leak and shut off the gas to the condo (and the building) until someone could come out to fix it. Talk about panic! I contacted CLW and Jim Wheat, the owner, came out. He assessed the problem, for my fireplace and the others in the building. He repaired the problem in short order at a very reasonable cost to the owners. The gas company came back out, tested the fireplaces and gave all of us clearance to turn the gas back on to the building. What a great job he did for all of us!!
About 6 months later, my water heater went out. I spoke with Jim. He sent out an employee to replace it. Adrian could not have been better. Professional, timely and affable. Did a terrific job and did it quickly. Way better than the last company I used. I have used enough contractors over time to know this is one company you want in your contact list. Thank you CLW !!!

Matt arrived on time and was very well equiped to provide a quality service while being respectful of my home and it's cleanliness with a small carpet placed at my entrance and wore shoe booties to keep things as clean as possible.He was personable and efficient in solving the problem with my drain issue. Surprisingly, my small dog loved him and he hates anyone who enters the house...at first.
